She put anyone who posted on HTQ's blog on ignore. Specifically, I said this in there:

This...is...the WWE. You saw how the final match ended. That's why they "pushed" RVD. They want to move Rey to Raw, and eventually do Rey/Carlito, thinking they can recreate Eddie/Rey. That should give you a clue that they think highly of him.

Because the company is high on Carlito, and not on RVD? RVD winning the MITB would mean they'd have to build him up & push him. What makes you think they have any desire to do that? Yeah, RVD is the obvious choice to win & push, but not if you are using WWE-think.

That's the pattern w/ this administration.

Anybody catch any of the closing ceremonies? After all the athletes came in, the dignitaries were giving their speeches, and some dude ran up to the mic during 1 of the speeches wearing a "Golden Palace" t-shirt. Security grabbed him, but he did manage to say a few words on the mic. The dignitary guy didn't miss a beat, though, and just kept giving his remarks.

Hey Al - is Cole Hamels ever going to amount to anything? The dude has had injury problems, and now I read that his back has been bothering him. At this point, I'd rather the Phillies look to trade him on the prospect that some other team will overvalue him. I'm fearing that the Phils will hold on to him too long, and he'll never fulfill his potential.

SD has already been picked up for 2 years. It was done quietly just before the UPN/WB merger.

I hope they're not setting up Booker vs. Boogeyman for WM. SD looks pretty weak. ME should be loads of fun, but the rest of the show looks dreary. And where the hell has Jamie Noble been?

Isn't Rey supposed to switch to Raw in the next draft? If that's still in the works, I see Rey getting pinned, then Angle/Orton post-WM.

Tony Atlas? Am I missing something here?

Chris Masters has less heat than Randy Orton. How does that qualify as "close"? Rey is rumored to be coming over to Raw in the next draft, so HHH has to stay heel to go against Rey. Besides, if heel HHH doesn't make anyone look good, how is face HHH going to do it? He's practically a face now as it is (winning clean, overcoming the odds, chasing the title), so the only difference would be going over heels instead of faces. I wouldn't exactly call that freshening up his character.
