Considering he had to be hospitalized because of all the blood loss from the PPV not even 48 hours prior to this show, it's probably better to have him take it easy.

Someone should have tried to bunt his way on base. Hell, it was only a 2 run game. That guy gets on, maybe Randy gets shaken, and maybe the Braves could have generated some runs. Screw that "can't bunt to break up a no-hitter/perfect game" bullshit. Your job is to win the game, not protect the other team's (or pitcher's) feelings.

I find Kane insanely boring in the ring. Generic big man offense (big boot, side slam, chokeslam) combined with that crappy uppercut/throat thrust and horrible top rope clothesline and weak punches. I'll admit he's impressed me lately with his acting & mic skills, but in the ring I just can't stand him. How is London on the mic? Knoble cut a *great* backstage segment right before they brought in Nunzio for the cousin angle. Really showed some great emotion, and didn't use the uber-redneck accent. I haven't followed his indy stuff, so the only London mic work I've heard was as "El Gran Luchador", which I obviously can't use as an accurate appraisal of his mic skills.

Comcast Sportsnet Philly not to air Impact!
Spaceman Spiff replied to Styles's topic in TNA Wrestling
Well, that sucks. Looks like Xplosion! airs Monday nights at midnight, though (WGTW - channel 48). Stumbled across it last night. -
Guys, I thought you should know.

Choken One and Deon Dark will be throwing you a bachelor party. It's supposed to be a secret, so keep it on the down low, ya know? -

I don't believe so. Even if they did face off, Chavo has never faced "El Gran Luchador" before, which would have made for a better drawn-out angle than Jacqueline.

He got his hands down first, plus his head really didn't make contact w/ the ground. Are you sure, because it looked like it made contact. Haha HBK messed up the kip-up! I believe he's wrong...and he did actually make contact. Not concussion hard or anything..but pretty hard. If anything, his head hit his hands (which were on the floor). He definitely got his hands down 1st. -

Boy, *that* ran out of steam quick, huh?
-
If he didn't screw up, he would have stayed.

I'm still mad they let him go, while Brian Lawler got rehired, there's talk of Jeff Hardy being rehired, Konnan possibly being brought in, green guys like Tomko & Fertig getting chances, Kenzo Suzuki being hired, etc.

That 2nd pic looks like Bill Alphonso after that Fonzie/Beulah match. Same thing, blood was just pouring out of Fonzie's head.

I think he was 1 of the guys in the back seat. He was in the credits, so he was somewhere in the car.

From the "Who Does Eddy Fight after Bradshaw?" thread: That's what they should have done. Once SD's ME scene gets stabilized, they can then drop Book down to the midcard to put over some up & coming heels/faces (depending on his affiliation).

Konnan Backstage At The PPV Last Night
Spaceman Spiff replied to BoboBrazil's topic in The WWE Folder
Pretty much. Or, at least, his last few years there. He got incredibly lazy once he was made an nWo member, and it lasted to his last days in the company - blown up early in matches, weak offense, worse corner bumps than RVD. -
Poor Booker - instead of picking up a cheap win over Taker, then playing up "beating & being better than the Deadman" and feeding off the heel heat going into a feud w/ Eddie, he'll get shoved into a lame retread gimmick in the midcard. Eddie should have been the guy to put an end to Book's "I'm better than SD" angle. What good did jobbing to Taker do? Nothing - it doesn't do anything for Taker, plus Book's credibility gets killed. Book picking up the win would be win/win - Taker doesn't get hurt (his heat is pretty much invincible), and SD gets a ME-level heel w/ crediblity in Booker to hold them over until a few other guys get elevated to take his place. Now we're left w/ exactly 1 "ME" heel in Bradshaw, with nobody else looming on the horizon.
