  1. Not really. For at least the first 6 months or so, HBK would only wrestle on PPV's, with an occasional Raw thrown in. After that, he started being more of a full-timer.
  2. Subliminal Animal needs to make his triumphant return.
  3. "Nathan Jones" "John Heidenreich" In today's WWE, it's not as easy to get over if you're new & devoid of talent.
  4. Fiedler/Feeley in Miami, with rumblings that they may be interested in Kurt Warner.
  5. Knoble jobbing to Spike = teh suck
  6. Man, that would have been a disaster worse than a Titanic-Hindenburg-Mt. Vesuvius combo. That just...wow. That overshadows Booka Shango.
  7. Coming up with bad ideas?
  8. Orton/Foley was the culmination of *months* of build, a hardcore match involving a guy known for taking crazy risks and sacrificing his body, not to mention of the all time beloved WWF/E wrestlers. This got huge build-up, and was one of the company's biggest storylines going into the PPV. To just brush it off as "merely the semi-main" is ridiculous. Benoit/HBK/HHH along with Orton/Foley were *the* selling points of the PPV.
  9. http://home.comcast.net/~crash1921/Malarchuk-short.wmv There's a clip of Malarchuk, if anyone hasn't seen it.
  10. Yeah, because everyone saw him as a lowly jobber up until now.
  11. http://www.net-igloo.com/Upload/Perezhogin.wmv There's the clip.
  12. Or they made a donation to 1 of their causes. Supposedly, Aniston is a big PJ fan, so maybe that played a part.
  13. Wow, Misterio's way underpaid (if that's true), especially for some of the stuff he's done (i.e. when Show swung him like a bat at the ringpost).
  14. I hate to admit it, but Nidia/Knoble was good for a comedy match, but that may just be the Knoble mark in me.
  15. That's why I put it in quotes. Vince would give them loyalty points, which we know is BS because they had nowhere else to go.
  16. How the hell did they get the OK to use part of a Pearl Jam song on the show?
  17. I put it in quotes to indicate that the WWE thought he had "the look", which is why they would keep him over a guy like London.
  18. The problem is, Cade, Scotty, Holly, Bradshaw, and Jindrak (probably) wouldn't get cut. Most of these guys get a pass due to "loyalty" or having "the look" (i.e. Cade, Jindrak), and thus would stay, while a guy like London would be turfed.
  19. Thing is, would any semi-respected joshi worker want to be involved in the WWE women's division? It's quite a step down, and you wouldn't be working with anywhere near the caliber of workers or getting a fraction of the respect you would in Japan. I wouldn't blame any of them if they'd turned down offers from WWE. The better question is: would the WWE be interested in any Joshi workers? Unless they were smoking hot, I doubt they'd even give it a 2nd thought.
  20. so signs on the outfield walls aren't in play? Yeah, but I still consider that more on the periphery. Compared to the bases, the outfield wall hardly comes into play.
  21. The difference between the Spideman ads and the other ads in the stadiums is that the other ads aren't in the field of play. The closest you get are the ads behind home plate. The rest of the ads are out of play (around the seating, on the scoreboards). The Spideman ads will actually be in the field of play, which is why I don't like this.
  22. Losing to TE Matt >>>>> losing to Jacqueline
  23. That would be completely insane. If they want to move Chavo out of the cruiser division into an upper card slot, jobbing him out to Jacqueline isn't the way to go to give him momentum.
