Like was said above. The best e-feds are the ones that DON'T use real wrestlers. Make your own characters and storylines. And don't bother with the role playing ones. Go with the ones that you actually write your promos, matches, vignettes, etc. out like a story and someone organizes it into a show. Like the OAOAST and SWF. The differences are basically OAOAST is more laid back and you have a little more room to do wilder storylines and stuff. SWF is more for the people who are very organized and like to write very detailed stuff. OAOAST would fit you if you're not the best writer, but you have very original and big ideas that could make up for some writing flaws.

I think we need to paraphrase our "wrestling means nothing" statements with a "in WWE" If WWE wants to do more entertainment than wrestling that's fine, but atleast give me entertainment that doesn't insult my intelligence. And don't give me that "but wrestling itself insults your intelligence" because it doesn't. Wrestling to me is an art form. When done right it's a thing of beauty almost. The fact that it's a show doesn't bother me because like I said it's more like watching an art form. But back on topic it baffles me how WWE writers can't even grasp basic continuity and logic. That insults my intelligence. You wouldn't like a movie that contradicted itself two or three times before it was over. If they're gonna give me entertainment all I ask is for it to make sense. That's not too much. Smackdown was good this week because each match told it's story and did a good job of it. Especially the Iron Man. It may not have been the most technically sound, but the story was told well.

But that's not the same thing as what he's talking about. He's talking about spoilers and hype making us expect more going in. RAW on the other hand is just people watching and saying it sucks. It's not the same thing as what he was saying. I went into the Iron Man without any expectations and liked it, but even then I still know it had flaws. He's definitely right that if you go into something with lots of hype and high expectations most of the time it won't live up.

What??? I've never had so much fun as I did playing Enter the Matrix. It's a very addictive game and quite fun. I don't think Halo is overrated because of the controls. I just got bored with it and just didn't see the big deal, but then again I tend to get bored with most video games unless they're extremely fun and this game just didn't strike me as fun as everyone made it out to be.

Happy Birthday. I'm 25 now and will be 26 in January. I can't even remember what I did on my 17th birthday.

Rush Hour is his only good American movie? Hey the Shanghai series is pretty good, but The Tuxedo and The Medallion weren't.

Randy Savage throws down his mic in frustration
LaParkaYourCar replied to Styles's topic in The WWE Folder
He also really blames Hogan for his failed marriage to Liz. And Damaramu....Savage didn't come to WCW until after Hogan came in. Well damn I figured he came first. Oh well.....still I say he only tried in WCW against Flair. Hogan came to WCW in June of '94 and Savage didn't show up until December of '94. Savage showed up on WCW Saturday Night saying he was going to confront Hogan and either shake his hand or punch him in the mouth. Of course at that point he and Hogan worked together for awhile. -
Nice review. I don't know why, but the "Undertaker's an elephant?" line had me laughing.

Awesome show. Probably one of the strongest in weeks. I'm sad to see Sly and Josh split. They were hilarious together. I think it's funny that in two different matches on the same night that two different people wrote that the ref took a Superkick to the face.

Yes it is.

TSM Poster Tournament II
LaParkaYourCar replied to rising up out of the back seat-nuh's topic in Poster Tournament
I hope I don't go up against Zack Malibu again in the first round. I want to have a fighting chance. -
Hey Matt we got you covered. Mad Matt and Crystal vs. Ragdoll and Sly (Since Sly helped Ragdoll out this week Ragdoll helps him out next week and of course Matt wouldn't miss the chance to get at Rags) and Zack and SP vs. Axel and Colvid.

Video package for Blurricane/Bizarro.

I liked it, but I would say there are still other matches that were better this year. I still liked Angle/Benoit from the Rumble better.
-
That's a sick looking STF.

Ummm......why did Brock let go of the ropes twice??
-
A lot of times Brock didn't do much more than make the ropes to keep from tapping to the Anklelock.
-
Wait.....why would a hurt knee even matter to an ANKLE Lock?
-
A pin during the commercial???
-
Blah that steps spot was too contrived. Kind of like the see-saw ladder spot.
-
What game? WM XIX? It's not the best graphics of the three, but it looks pretty good still. Those weren't great shots.
-
What's wrong with a ref bump in an Iron Man? It's part of the storytelling. It gave Brock another chance to wear Angle down like the monster he is with brutal attacks.
-
The thing about Brock not tapping to all the anklelocks actually makes sense since he's been heckled for tapping out. He wouldn't want to do it again.
-
Another commercial???

I think it's all about what you went in expecting. I didn't go in expecting anything and so far I like it.
