In an ironic twist, I noticed we're playing each other this week which means the players we traded will still be on our team for this one last series against each other...

No, no, no, you've got it all wrong. Marx was fine, and so were Marxists...it's just Marxism that was a problem. Or better yet. "That's right, Marxism did that, not Marx". -
NOSOLD~! Isn't Jesus like the most quoted prophet in the Quran? Actually my link from earlier was no sold. This just shows how useless Islam is in terms of sheer historical inancuracy and contadiction. Did you know Jesus was a Muslim? And that Allah put an imposter on the cross to save him? And that Abraham really almost sacrificed Ishmael, not his son Isaac? It's all here and more straight from the Koran. Very interesting stuff for those of you like me who haven't the patience to read through the whole Koran (I tried once, it's thouroughly dull and long). (What is it with me and websites with "myths and facts" anyway, I just seem to gravitate towards them in google searches or something...) http://www.bible.ca/islam/islam-start.htm

The governemnt style isn't what killed those people, it was the evil people in charge of it who had those people killed. The only evil which communism inherently condones is the confiscation of property (which they would rationailze is not evil at all). You're kind of leaving out the whole "bloody and violent revolution to eliminate the last vestiges of capitalism" part. It's all there in Marx's writings. The violence and supression is very much a part of the ideology... -
Oil based dressings are always less fattening then creamy. Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinigar works the best. If you must have creamy try a light or fat free dressing. If you look at the nutrition facts at Mcdonalds, the salads have more calories then a cheeseburger because of the dressing...

Muhhamed did not condone violence towards Christians or Jews. Too bad Muslims don't listen to him... -
I hope Candido has a speedy recovery. He was having a nice comeback and that was a freak injury...

That was Catholicism. Not Catholics. Or something...I don't know anymore... -
Just saw the show! I liked it, much improvement from Destination X. First of all the main event was just excellent. The bumping, the selling, the big moves from AJ Styles were just amazing. The Styles Clash onto the thumbtacks was this month's "no he wouldn't...would he? OH GOD!" moment. Seriously AJ Styles is the best wrestler in the world anywhere. The guy is amazing, and this match just proved it to me. Against a bigger, less agile wrestler in a cage gimmick that probably hindered more then it helped, he still made it a dramatic "can't take your eyes off it" match. My rating would be ****1/4 Lethal Lockdown was OK. BG James as the mystery man was kind of a let down (then again its not like they were pushing it as a selling point or anything) and as a brawling type match it was good. Monty's double pounce was great. Don't get the finish though, and it's ashame Waltman screwed up what would have been a sweet Alpha Bomb into a rollup finish. Daniels vs. Skipper was good but not great. It started off really well with the chain wrestling, and the quick moves and counter moves. Then it stalled in the middle, but picked up again by the end. Skipper's dive to Daniel's back was great, and the finish with the Angel's Wings, reversed and then hit was good too. Would give it *** AMW vs. Team Canada do it again. 2nd best match of the night for me. It's like they find a way to keep having great matches, and keeping Harris locked on the outside added a new dynamic, added heat and gave Allister Ralphs something to do. The finish was sounds silly but they made it work with Petey getting his comeupance and DESTOYING~! Young, leading to the death sentence. Have no problem giving this one **** Raven vs. Hardy was a good carwreck match that took advantage of the chaotic atmosphere. Hardy's swanton from the top through the table was a nuts spot on a night of them, but his legdrop it looks like once again didn't break all of the table that he wanted to and responded by kicking them again. Damn tables. 4 way Xscape was ok but nothing memorable. The finish was kind of silly but I guess that's because of the gimmick. Shocker flippity thing to eliminate Sonjay was sweet. Dustin vs. Roode as expected was the sleeper match of the night...as in it nearly put me to sleep. But the fans were in to the gimmick at the end with the blindfolds, so whatever. Those Orlando crowds are great. They keep the show pumped full of energy. I just noticed that both Team Canada matches ended with them blinded and accidently attacking their Teamates. If that was intentional it was a nice bit of continuity. The first match obviously was a little screwed up because of Candido's injury, but they made the best. Lance Hoyt is OVER with the crowd and it's about time they turned him face. I think he's ready for a push. His moonsault off the top and the flip german suplex he took were both spectacular, especially for a guy his size. He's more then just Nash Jr. Overall this was a solid PPV from TNA. Definite thumbs up with only 1 bad match. A definite bounce back from Destination X and I think as an overall show this was better then Against All Odds too (although no one match could touch the Ironman from that show). The all cage gimmick worked, barely. They should never do it again and hopefully won't have another cage match for a year, but overall it was not a disaster and gave the show the unique feel they were going for, and importantly spiced up a lot of the matches allowing a new dynamic to perform big spots from. Now get the title on Styles so people can stop using "Jarrett on top" as a reason not to watch TNA!

What type of an argument is that? The Crusades wasn't anybodies fault...Christianity did it, not Christians!

Well, we're just playing word games at this point. You think the treatment of gays resembles the Nurrenberg laws, I don't. "Let the folks decide...hey, what are you wearing?" -

Michael Moore had to be removed from class by the police when he was a kid because he wouldn't stop stealing all the hostess cakes and twinkies from the other kids' lunchboxes. Maybe I should leave this to the professionals... -

Just for the record, here's the comparison I did make to the Nuremberg Laws, back on page 1: Note the words "beginning to resemble". I never said "exactly like". Again, let me point out my use of the words "conditions surrounding", and AGAIN not the words "exactly like". This entire thread has been an exercise in setting up straw men to attack. (Please note that I mean metaphorical "straw men", and not actual men who are made out of straw.) Logic like this allows "gays are starting to resemble terrorists" seem valid. (NOTE: I don't believe that). It's like saying "well, terrorists want to change an American institution in liberty and gays want to change another institution in marriage! But, see I don't really mean they're EXACTLY like terrorists, just sort of. I thought it would be cool to use the strong language. That's an equivalent of what you're saying. -

Slapnuts has this hard-on for Israel... That's all I know though No hard-on. Just don't like to see it attacked unfairly, which is why I liked posting from that site I found. See, you can't say "I didn't care about Jews before". So there. Thanks Slayer, forgot about that. -

I love all this holier than thou "Its an insult to Jews" crap you guys are throwing at me, since none of you fuckers ever seemed to care about Jews before. Don't project your opinions on to others. If you don't care about Jews, that has nothing to do with us. You compared the treatment of gays to the Nurrenberg laws, I showed that to be false. It's obvious you're not backing down from your stupidity, which is ok, as someone with a top rated show in primetime likes to say on a network we know is fair and balanced and can lol at, "let the folks decide". Oh and I forgot your band-aid, here you go: -

Awww....would you like a band-aid for your bleeding heart? The only point I'll give you is the not being able to serve in the military. Otherwise they are citizens in every sense of the word. All you can come up is "well isolated incident here" and "oh, idiot here reprimanded/denied by the government". The comparison is not valid. If you're going to compare something to Nazi Germany, thereby demeaning the very real suffering and atrocity suffered by so many you better make sure it's a damn accurate comparison. You've already admitted it isn't. DROP IT. Admit you were wrong. It's very rare the conservatives and liberals all agree on something around here, and this is it (nothing to do with the original topic obviously). -

Yeah, when was the last time Republicans made the trains run on time anyway?! Actually, it was Mussolini's Facist Italy that "made the trains run on time". Nazi Germany's trains were constantly delayed, mainly because packing as many Jews as they did into them takes time. -

You know, I actually decided to look up the Nurenberg Laws (a precursor to much harsher laws and eventually the Holocaust) to see how accurate your potrayal was. The Nurenberg Laws. Jews 1935 vs. Gays 2005. Round 1! Gays are allowed to be citizens regardless of their race, and enjoy the same political rights as all Americans. Jews 1 Gays 0 Round 2! Gays can not have their citizenship revoked (lest they commit treason). Jews 2 Gays 0 Round 3! People with gay family members do not lose their citizenship, nor is their racist language in our laws that define what it means to be a gay. Jews 3 Gays 0 Round 4! Gays can and do vote, and can do hold political office. Jews 4 Gays 0 Round 5! No language in our laws single out gays exempting them from particiapting in government. Jews 5 Gays 0 Round 6! Gays are not forced from their government jobs and denied promotion or pension. Jews 6 Gays 0 Round 7! Gays are not forced to attend their own seperate schools which are regulated by the government. Jews 7 Gays 0 Round 8! Gays are not classified by law as having relatives who were gay or being a part of a "gay community". You are further not "condemned" as gay if you once had an affair with someone who was gay (bisexual?) Jews 8 Gays 0 And the fight is stopped after 8 rounds do to incredible stupidity of the argument. And you're going to be a teacher!? No wonder kids these days have no clue about anything... -

What I referred to as "inconveniance" was procedural, that is inflicted by the goverment. The Jews were NOT CITIZENS in Nazi Germany and institutionally set up for slaughter. The US government doesn't give tax breaks for marriage to gays and they might have some trouble with anti-discrimination legislation in the workplace. That's about it. Whatever intolerant assholes do, is their own personal business and actions, and they are justly charged and punished for their crimes. It's a world of difference which still makes Nazi Germany a stupid and insulting analogy... Only insulting to anti-gay bigots. You're vastly understating the amount of persecution gays face. And you're overstating it. There's a world of difference between government making discrimination against a race of people the law to set them up for deportation and slaughter and a minority of the population who acts violently on their own voilition against a misunderstood lifestyle which is punished not endorsed by the government. Give it up, your analogy sucked and was sensational. Even the liberals on the board are against you on this one... -
No, they basically dumped huge amounts of nutrisweet and fed it to rats (apparently enough that if any human consumed that much, cancer would be the worst of their problems) and it caused cancer in the rats, and a false outrage occured. It's perfectly safe to eat/drink in the portions that we regularly use...

Caffeine isn't bad for you when it comes to losing weight, in fact, it speeds up your metabolism and will help you shed pounds quicker. DIET COKE, people, DIET COKE! Bingo. There's nothing wrong with caffeine, unless you have high blood pressure that you don't want raised (in which case you should be on medicine to lower it anyway).
