Interesting, I remember reading polls that said if Clinton were running she would easily be the front runner for the nomination. As much as conservatives hate her, liberals seem to love her. Plus, a female running mate could be the finishing touch on the Dean/Mondale campaign comparisons....
-
Does this count? "Did Clinton gut the military because there was no evidence that countries like Iraq, Iran, North Korea, and an increasingly aggressive communist China would represent serious future threats to America and our friends and allies? No, rather it was because he loathed the military." --Sean Hannity To be fair he's a part of the media and not a representative of the party...

There would be a nation-wide movement for them to step down as senator of course! Hey, just a thought I had, but I didn't want to start a new topic since it's just a thought and based on nothing. Could Hillary end up being Dean's running mate? While she's not running herself, could she try to "get her foot in the door" so to speak or will she stay far away until 2008?
-
It all makes so much sense now!
-
Brilliant, it's so insensitive and ignorant I'm suprised Dean didn't say it...

Pretty much EVERYBODY was some type of champion at some point in WCW 2000...

I am so bored of Austin. I love the guy, but he has no purpose anymore on the show...he just feels so forced now...

"educated feet" HE'S AN ANIMAL...A GRIZZLY BEAR!

Right, Summerslam was a street fight, "unsanctioned", first fall to a finish. This will be a last man standing match, no falls, keep your opponent down for a 10 count to win.
-
No that was an "unsactioned" street fight.

Right, and even supporting civil unions is a left-wing position....

My god, no wonder Hitler committed suicide! When he found out what had happened under his watch, he couldn't live with himself anymore! I'm sure his suicide had NOTHING to do with the fact that he was utterly surrounded and defeated. I'm sure my reply has NOTHING to do with being sarcastic in response to you somehow implying that Hitler bears no responsibility for the Holocaust...

Fuck Vampiro.

Oh yeah, tell me against about how Hitler was married to a Jew and had Jewish children lol. Completely stupid. First of all, I was being facecious. Second of all, the comment had to do with their similarities in being firy speakers able to elicit a loyal crowd respone, which is way more Dean's sepcialty than Bush's. Third of all, his family is irrelevant. Notice how they've stayed completly out of the spotlight? I dont blame them...
-
Do you really need to ask that? I can give you 6-11 million reasons why, depending on which historical account you believe. Come on Tom, Bush is marching innocent Iraqis into death camps just like Hitler did the Jews! Can't you see? And the ZIONISTS~! in Israel are the Nazis now, slaughtering the innocent Palestinians at their will, as Herr Bush funds their atrocoties! God, I fucking hate these types....

I actually would compare Dean with the way he uses "passionate" speeches to stir up a crowd and gain a following being more similar to Hitler, but that's neither here nor there. I'll have to check this out for a laugh though (or a cry).
-
That might be true, but in a crowd, the more boisterous usually stand out and lead and many will get into the moment and follow along, whether they're really that radical or not...
-
It's a little more than 5-10. The thing is, if you're that passioned to go out and protest, you're probably part of the "bush is a nazi, blood for oil crowd". There are many rationale, fair people who don't support Bush but they're likely not going to go out and try to cause a stir and if they are, they're chanting and cheering along with whoever's making the most noise, mob mentality and all of that...

Maryland. I think our primary is late too, something like early March...

Oh, good one of the few "liberal" issues I care about, and this guy is against it. Was this supposed to endear him to me or something?
-
That's an interestin comparison. Arnold is a celebrity and a movie star which is where a lot of his mainstream recognition came from, which is different than Dean who sort of built up his own political support. I guess, I just wish against reality than ANYONE else gets the nomination. I really want to have to make a decision, pay attention to the issues, etc. come November. But it's going to be Dean. It should be loads of fun to watch the debates, ads, etc. but when it comes to election day I won't even have to bat my eyes to re-elect the president. It's not so much that I dislike the President, but it's like I want to be challenged. Dean doesn't challenge me, he just reaffirms my beliefs that we have the right guy in office...
-
I'm so lonely... Well with your mean-spiritedness I'm not surprised... What I meant was, it seems like no registered Democrats who are voting in the primaries are rallying any real support for anyone but Dean, all but guarenteeing he'll win the nomination, which should make for a very entertaining race but an easy vote. I was not, snapping at your opinion, just pointing out that I hadn't recieved any feedback from any Democrats yet. Friends?

We'd all be speaking Iraqi...
