Most Intense, Passionate Promos of All Time
ChrisMWaters replied to TMC1982's topic in General Wrestling
Even though there was a flub line, Owen's line from Rumble 94 doesn't count? -
TSM Profile Tag Team Edition: Demolition

What, no love for Demolition Blast? [Demolition Blast is an indy only Demo member.] -
Yes, but every time he does, he turns to "puppet mode"...I.E. being used as a tool of an evil authority to beat up a face.

Face Umaga? ...there's your Smackdown WrestleMania main event if HHH gets injured: Edge vs. Umaga
-
I now have animated Grinch smile at seeing this.
-
Umaga's new theme surprised me.

Not that I can recall. People would move out of the way before Yoko hit it, but if he connected, nobody ever kicked out that I can remember. I don't remember anyone ever kicking out of Goldberg's jackhammer either. Closest thing to a kick-out of the Banzai Drop was at Survivor Series 1993, I believe, where Undertaker took one, then sat up before Yoko could hit another one.

Bumping this for one reason. Apparently, they're doing a crossover that has probably been done at least 100 times in fanfiction before FOR REALZ. Check It Out (It's in Japanese though)

Does Rourke Being at WM Cheapen "The Wrestler"?
ChrisMWaters replied to zappafrank's topic in The WWE Folder
Same here. Like my idea for a possible Jericho/Undertaker match -
I think it's suppossed to be from somewhere between early to Mid 94 and mid 97, because he has the "broken heart" style tights and not the "cow print" style tights. The mullet makes me think it's supposed to be his WrestleMania X attire. Wonder if he'll have the "Sight Scope" sunglasses too.

Found a way to make it a more effective move via "Smackdown vs. Raw 2009". Insted of how Christian sets it up, start it off like an F-5/TKO/Whatever else move starts with that set-up...then spin them around, and hit the end of the Unprettier once they're around.

Hmm. Seems interesting, though I wonder how well the Touch-Screen added attack powers will play out during the game. Some people I knew 8 years ago or so would probably use this to try to make a "Science of Mario's World" site.
-
OK, that's you're preference then. I'm just saying that there would be people that do give a fuck. I can understand though why you wouldn't.

More people than you would think. And I think he said in a preview of that movie that was on the "Batman: Gotham Knight" DVD that he regretted not doing a Wonder Woman TV series ala the Batman and Superman series. Two more things: 1)...I tend to play either Superman or Wonder Woman most in MK vs. DC and 2)...the animated Wonder Woman movie looke pretty damn good from what I saw of the trailer. EDIT: Also there's the entire audiance that were kids and watched the old Wonder Woman TV show staring Linda Carter

I still think this NEEDS to be the year that Howard Finkel gets inducted, at long last. I mean, they missed the perfect one with WrestleMania 20...so do it this time around for WrestleMania 25.
-
Well, we have our first Chamber Heel.
-
Hmm...Jericho/Punk again.

Question for the trivia people... Did Mysterio and Regal ever have a match when they were both in WCW?
-
Hmm...wonder why Rey has stopped wearing the full-head masks and just goes for the half-head masks now...

Part of me still thinks DiBiase will win Money in the Bank this year. I'd laugh if someone played a prank on him, and insted of a contract inside the briefcase was the Million Dollar Belt. Almost literally "Money" in the Bank.

Hehe... <Santino>(to Cole)You're looking good! Have you been working out, JR?

Start of the build to a JBL/HBK match at Mania? Does JBL have to work for himself to get into the match, or was this his last chance?
-
1)He's still hurting from last night's match 2)He doesn't want to do any work to get his shot. ...those are two thoughts I had.

KOFI WINS!

I find it interesting that Kane's theme is called "Man on Fire"
