I couldn't tell from the numerous ads I saw for Turistas if it was called "Turistas" or "Turistas Go Home". I also laughed at the title as it reminded me of Stephen Colbert and his "istas" suffix.

I got both games today but haven't done a lot. I played the Capcom trivia version of the dragon slaying trivia game. I like that for the regular version of the game ("Quiz and Dragons"? It's not coming to me at the moment) there is a disclaimer in the booklet stating you must try to answer the questions as if it is 1992 due to some answers no longer being right.

The opening bit with Kevin and Michael discussing racism was my favourite bit, but I enjoyed the episode overall. Was it just me (my cable was a bit flickery during the 1st act) or was a line Angela said at the beginning of the episode muted out?

For whatever reason their stable needs to be manually adjusted to have the right entrance music. I thought maybe I had done something by accident when looking at it earlier, but I guess the Henry entrance music is there by default. Speaking of stables, I added Ric Flair to DX to see what the DX trio entrance was all about... scary. It's the style of X-Pac and Tori, with Flair playing Tori.

TWO months later, thank you very much. According to a piece of business I saw on 24/7, Guido and Mamaluke lost a "losers can't team up again" match to Doring and Roadkill in December 2000. I assume that stipulation was kept until 2006 since ECW closed a month later. Austin (or Bret, the "rightful" winner of the 97 Rumble) also did not receive a Mania title match. That one is a bit iffy due to the title match at IYH Final Four. I could be wrong, but I don't believe Lex Luger ever received a world title shot after SummerSlam 93 until earning one last shot at WrestleMania X, then again never getting one.

I like how the show does flash forward into the future to set things up for later. Remember, Season 3 = Ted's birthday goat story.

I must be the only person that liked The Simpsons. At this point, if I'm laughing at a joke or gag in the show, that's all that matters because it's not worth my time to look for great plots in an 18th season. American Dad was good and I thought Family Guy was ok, although the animated sprite used by Peter to get rid of Joe's wheelchair was the funniest thing all night. Haven't watched War yet.

So adjusting the AI sliders all the way to the left made clearing the Superstar and Legend challenges fairly easy, but Mexicools vs BoD still required a lot of luck. I got lucky with Foley vs Foley's as I had one of them outside of the ring while the other two watched from in the ring. I used a UCM to walk around and extend the count, then went into the ring before 10. I felt like I got screwed out of the MITB trophy. I won a match on Legend difficulty, but I guess because I had a friend as a helpful second player, the win meant nothing.

Has anyone made the joke about how on Team DX, there was a guy that loves Pepsi teaming with a guy that loves coke? I made that joke at last night and it got a good pop. Reading all the WO.com feedback, it's seems very diverse. There are people calling the show downright awful and people saying it was spectacular. I think it all depends what your view was going in. I was pretty pumped for a 25+ minute 10 man elimination tag between Team RKO and Team DX and I didn't get it, but I still thought it was a mildly entertaining show with some odd booking choices.

Recently, I watched Ric Flair and Roddy Piper wait last on line to go through customs to board an airplane. Nobody thought of saying, "Hey guys, wanna go in front of me?" This was the same occurrence at hotels, food lines and then again at the end of the tour going back through customs. If you are a 25-year-old wrestler and your body is sore, how sore do you think a guy's body is that has been wrestling for 25 years? It wasn't done purposely, but you need show respect all the time. I know the idea of respect is taught in both developmental systems. Jim Cornette taught it, Nightmare Danny Davis teaches it, The Assassin Joe Hamilton teaches and so does Bill DeMott. I do not know what makes someone think that once they make it to the main roster in any brand that they are on the same level as the people who have been there. Again, nobody does things deliberately, but you cannot let yourself forget what respect is. There is a hierarchy in the developmental systems, just like there is in the real work place. If you worked at McDonalds for a couple of weeks, bumped a couple of garbage bags on the floor and said to your manager, "you throw this out," how long do you think you'd last? Nine times out of ten when you offer a common courtesy to a Superstar, they decline, but you have shown that you have respect. If you do not know what some people have done in the past, go to the internet or watch WWE 24/7. Here is a quick wrestling lesson. I am also not kissing anybody's ass here. Many people do not remember the whole attitude era in WWE and think that these people just have political stroke. I say bullshit. The people I am about to mention earned their respect in the ring. HBK. He carried WWE on his back, eventually breaking it. He is one of the greatest performers of all time. When the Monday Night Wars were going on, he performed night after night until WWE eventually took back over in the ratings and never looked back. If you think that HBK was always the company poster boy, he was not. HBK was a true rebel. He is open with his past demons and often fought with management. He deserves respect. Dean Malenko. Anyone that is less than six feet tall should thank him. Without Dean, Chris Benoit or Eddie Guerrero, smaller wrestlers would not be given a shot in the business. Tim White. You may think that the former referee that you saw committing suicide every week on WWE.com was just a referee. Tim White was responsible for getting every pay-per-view supplier to carry WrestleMania III. He did this by calling every cable company in America. It took him 4 months, but he made it possible for you to watch that and every other pay-per-view that comes into your home. Triple H. During the Monday Night Wars, his friends Scott Hall and Kevin Nash had their last match in Madison Square Garden. They all toasted each other in the ring. Triple H was in the doghouse for sometime after that. Nobody should ever forget the classic pigpen matches with the Godwins. He went on, though, to become the greatest Superstars this business has ever seen. Edge, Matt and Jeff Hardy. These young talents were all being groomed to be the next generation of stars. Without them, who even knows if there would even be a WWE. These guys, along with the Dudley Boys, Christian and the APA all took tag team wrestling to the next level. How can you wait in a line and not let any of these people ahead of you? The list goes on and on. Kane, Hardcore Holly, Steve Keirn, Ricky Steamboat. I will offer a common courtesy to John Cena and Randy Orton because I enjoy watching them perform. They have carried the company already, and will carry it into the future. Please do not ever let RESPECT for the industry die. If it does, so does the business. One day, when you are on top of the world and someone does not recognize your accomplishments, you will know what I am talking about. This business is spitting out wrestlers rapidly. Many people can claim that they were a wrestler or were in the business, but few people can claim that they made a career out of wrestling. And those who can, all have RESPECT."

You mean like, in an entrance? Yes and I ment while playing season mode, not in regular matches. I haven't seen my CAW wear the title in season mode at all. Did Yukes just leave that out? Is he wearing a jacket or anything? That does seem like a rather odd glitch/error, but this game does seem to have a lot of (non-gameplay affecting) things like that.

I'm not using a CAW but, just to clarify, is the problem that you won the world title (the only belt you can win in Season, AFAIK - although I did have a chance to fight Kane and Snitsky for the tag titles but elected to teach spotlight hogging Masters a lesson) or that people are winning exhibition mode titles and wondering where they are in season or vice versa?

The angle is great if only for lines like "Edge sounds like he should be coming to work on a flying carpet" from Lawler and Boogeyman stating he is coming to get you, but in the voice and language of Daivari.

I also like the fact that Herc is rocking out (bobbing his head) to "Hard Time" during Bossman's entrance.
