The only time I've seen Target make good use of a song was when they had a commercial for their clothing line several years ago that featured Andrew W.K.'s "Don't Stop Living in the Red" playing in the background. Speaking of Michale Jackson licensing-out Beetles songs for commercial use, I like how Paul McCartney holds a death feud with Jackson because he allowed "Revolution" to be used a a shoe commercial. I believe it was moreso because of the fact that Paul tipped his hand in giving Jacko financial advice right before the Beatle publishing rights went on the block.

And then managed to completely mangle 'Talk Dirty To Me' so bad that they had to restart the song? And yeah, the VMAs haven't been worthwhile since they moved from NY to Miami. The Radio City Music Hall ones were great. It wasn't that they mangled the song. They were playing a completely different song (Unskinny Bop, IIRC) when CC Deville, fucked up on God knows what on that particular night, started doing the riff for Talk Dirty To Me instead, so Bret Michaels called an audible and they did that. Didn't Stern do Fartman at that show or was the the Movie Awards?

It seems as if I would be paying money to run errands and clean a house that I visit once a week just for the chance to go to a couple parties that won't even guarantee me getting laid. I'm somewhat leaning against this I think, thanks for the advice.

I went to Junior College and did a University Extension stint before heading to college. Also, I wouldn't be living at the house also and I am joining other clubs. Additionally, it's a commuter school, so there really isn't a giant social atmosphere, especially if you're from out of town.

I was approached today about joining one and I'm on the fence. Anyone have any insight?
