Fucking Tower Records shipped out my copy today, but they apparently sent the GameCube version rather than the PS2 version. I have the original MMAC for GameCube, but I was wanting to add another game to my small (3 games) PS2 collection.

I used to be fat... Do you wear them? Not saying you're fat, but I know you're big.

I didn't get to play at all for 3 days and hardly at all on 2 other days (remember, I only got this a week ago) but I finally cleared all 25 songs on easy in career (had already done everything available on quick play) and did 3 songs on medium. The last 2-3 songs on easy have challenging points, so I may have trouble with medium. Playing real guitar for a while helps a little, but not nearly as much as I had thought... and I suck at using my pinky on the real guitar anyway. I still love this game very much.

Recently, I have gotten some flak for my choice to own and wear a shiny red polyester shirt with dragons on it. According to many, such attire is not fashionable for self-respecting individuals. Exhibits A, B, and C (thelast2 I've never shown before and just have to): Well, I am happy to say that my detractors were wrong. I had refrained from wearing the shirt for a while, but now, thanks to Samoa Joe, I can feel secure in my shirt choice once again: And if you disagree, he will choke you the fuck out. EDIT: Of note, I also own that same necklace.

I just saw the highlights, and WOW. I never even considered watching the game since I'm not a Laker fan (although I like Kobe), and why would I waste 3 hours of my life watching LA play the lowly Raptors? I mean, we get every Laker game out here, but not many are worthing seeing to me. Luckily, I just saw that Fox Sports West is replaying the game at noon Pacific. I am definitely setting my VCR.

It pretty much happens daily between this place, GameFAQs, and a few assholes I know personally who seem to feel tough because they threaten me over MySpace, yet back down to me when we're face to face (and I'm certainly no tough guy, or much of a threat... They're just pussies). And those e-mails were fucking hilarious.

Kill Bill? Butterfly Effect? Those are two of my favorite movies. The worst ones that stand out are The Cave, The Village, and Hope Floats.

The Pumpkins were good, but not one of my favorites. The only "album" I have by them is the boxed set, The Aeroplane Flies High, which contains the 5 singles from Mellon Collie with about 7 songs on each disc. I'm surprised people are just now hearing about their reunion. I read some announcement by Corgan about 3 months ago or so.

Slayer vs. Matt Young, TSM Quiz Bowl. I'll thumb through The New York Times Guide To Essential Knowledge, rattle off shit I know offhand, and we'll see who has book smarts. Language, math, history, psychology, geography, economics, music, anything else. How about it. High school anecdote: I was high as hell in a computer lab one day, and the school's quiz bowl team was practicing in there. I decided to play along, and rattled off almost every answer before them. I was an average student, but I'm excellent at Jeopardy. I'm great at Jeopardy. When I went to Canada a few years ago, I got very stoned and almost got a perfect score on NES Jeopardy, which was made not too long after I was born.
