I'm just sick. Leave it to Alabama to score with 8 seconds left to send me down in defeat for the third straight week.

And the day just continues to get worse for Notre Dame. I can't believe ND still hasn't scored an offensive TD all year. That's just embarrassing but its fun to follow the streak.

Michigan is just ripping Notre Dame to pieces. I'm not surprised but this game is just an absolute massacre.

Maybe my judgment is cloudy because I haven't watched the TOUR Championship in two years but does East Lake always surrender these low scores? If not, what is to blame? For a course whose greens were said to be so off kilter it would ruin the FedEx Cup it sure isn't playing too tough.

I don't follow Mississippi State that closely but will that win save Croom's job for next season? Also, I'm glad that game finished because the local ABC affiliate in Bowling Green was airing that game and not taking us to Michigan-Notre Dame.

I remember watching this when I was nine years old. It the first year I was a wrestling fan and I thought Horowitz had a good chance to win because I remembered that the first time I ever watched Monday Night Raw that he had a pretty close match with then-Intercontinental champ Jeff Jarrett. I still was a bit shocked though when he won the match. Great moment in wrestling history. That Roberts promo post-Elizabeth slap is awesome stuff. Roberts's promos for that whole Tuesday in Texas show and that feud were just great.

I love it, but probably not for the right reasons. It never fails to make me laugh. Well that's true. I remember laughing hysterically at WM 22 when he has HHH in that weak hold and he's just screaming "AHHHHHH AHHHHHH AHHHHH" and JR is selling the hold like its death. Good booking for Big Daddy V in squashing all the smaller guys. Makes him look like an unstoppable force. I just started rewatching ECW last week and this isn't too bad of a show. I'll keep up my boycott of RAW. Why am I looking forward to Big Daddy V-Boogeyman next week?

Spot on. Any attempt to have a real playoff format won't work because the Tour fears the reprecussions if Tiger has a bad round and doesn't make the small cut to the next round. Hell, you could start with 30 players and play 3 tournaments for a final tournament of 10 guys but that's way too small of a field for the TV execs probably. They had to the 144 player deal to get the rank and file Tour guys to sign onto it but lets get serious...who REALLY thought anyone outside of the top 30 when this thing started had a chance? Also THREE players of the five who still have a chance to win the FedEx Cup didn't play all the events (Woods, Mickelson, and Choi). That's why I'm rooting for Stricker this weekend in Atlanta. Tim Finchem has no sense which is hurting the Tour. Players are pissed he's catering everything to Tiger and Phil and then Tiger and Phil skip out on events they said they'd play in. I lost respect for Finchem when I got into golf in the mid-1990s and he dissed Greg Norman for trying to put together a world golf championship series and then several years later "came up" with the idea for what we now have of the World Golf Championships. Yea, like no one noticed he STOLE that idea. That pissed me off to no end as I will always be a Norman fan (its so sad that he had such a bad time closing out majors but that's another argument for another day) and it only made me more enraged when Finchem tried to kiss up to Norman @ the World Golf HOF induction. Norman should've just punched him in the mouth.

I agree with you for the most part. The playoffs might end on a high note next week if Phil or Stricker wins and Tiger doesn't place second but with players skipping events this playoffs quickly turned stupid. I wonder how many years this playoff idea will stay around.

Terrible start to the pick'em leagues for me this year. 0-1 now in the NFL pick'em and 0-2 in the college pick'em.

Steve Stricker is really impressing me in these playoffs. After he won the first playoff event it was a nice feel good moment but I had no idea he would be contending over the next several weeks. An anonymous PGA Tour player in a FedEx Cup preview told Sports Illustrated that he thought Stricker was the dark horse to win the event and that might come to fruition at the end of today because if Stricker wins the only way Tiger & Phil have a reasonable chance at catching him is to win the TOUR Championship next week in Atlanta.

Yea, its too bad that Randle's body was facing the corner of the endzone instead of towards the middle of it because if it was the other way around he streaks in for the game winning score.

I just want to know if 08 has a career mode or not. It's kinda worthless to me if you don't get to play multiple seasons with your character. I had no idea the Ryder/Prez Cups were in recent games. Then again, I haven't even touched Tiger Woods golf since 04 so I haven't had much incentive to follow along with the developments. The 08 courses look pretty nice, though. It's really awesome they got all the FedEx Cup courses into the game.

Well rumor has it that there is going to be "downloadable content" that you will have to pay for to access more superstars. To me that's just a rip off unless that downloadable content has most of the rest of the WWE roster.

I'll be watching ECW for the first time in a long time tonight to see CM Punk win the ECW World title. Long time coming if you ask me.
