The Phil Spector Christmas Album is absolutely great if you like every track showered with bells, horns, pianos, drums, etc. A real punchy album. I picked up the Beach Boys Christmas Album and was a bit disappointed. Most of the orchestration wasn't done by Brian and the originals aren't particularly strong. Still, if you're bothered about the quality, you're obviously not enjoying Christmas enough.
