DAMN good show. Though, IMO, Norm's bit fell kind of flat, or maybe I just "didn't get it"? Supposedly Bob requested that a lot of the jokes aimed at the Olsen twins get cut from the broadcast of the roast. Considering some of the jokes that were aired, I wonder what was cut? Cloris Leachman kicked fucking ass though. Norm was fantastic. I got tickets to see him next month, great stuff. Gilbert was great too

How was it pointless? It adds another dimension to the HBK-Jericho feud, and featured great mic work by both men. Loved the acting and facials by the guys too. I think it put over the importance of the feud by having it on PPV.

Nighthawk, you should spoiler tag I thought the film was leaps and bounds ahead of both Step Brothers and Pineapple Express, and is my favourite comedy of 08. Robert Downey and Jack Black were excellent, and I love everything Jay Baruchel. I hated Zoolander though.

It's a fun little movie. Penelope Cruz steals everything, she's great. I enjoyed Rebecca Hall too. Scarlett is there to look pretty. The voiceover narration takes a bit to get used to, as it did in Little Children. I say Woody redeemed himself for Cassandra's Dream, which is all I asked for
