  1. I've now seen the movie a few times, and read the book. Back to address some points. Mole's post from July 11- I see nothing wrong with any of the add ons. It sounds like you didn't like it just because they added it- 1) It shows Sirius' love for Harry, and sets up that the war is coming. 4) What's wrong with that? Especially since it was his last line. Noooooooooooo it's really not. I loved Order of the Phoenix and look forward to reading it along (it's a tad bloated), but I think the movie is just as good, and David Yates did an admirable job putting it all together
  2. Well with that argument, I'm convinced! The Braves probably gave up a bit too much for Texiera, but Scheurholz has an excellent track record of making trades and dealing prospects. He basically got Renteria for nothing, seeing how Marte never did much in the bigs. I'm thrilled about Dotel and getting rid of Davies.
  3. Belushi is the one who you could blame on SNL's drug culture. They tried numerous times to help Chris Farley, and there was not a drug culture when he was on. Gilda Radner and Danitra Vance had cancer. Michael O'Donoughue had numerous health problems. Phil Hartman was murdered. Charlie Rocket killed himself. None of these had anything to do with SNL
  4. Are you serious??? Wow, Ryder's a fuckhead.
  5. Meltz bashed her coverage for the first few days, but in the WON has said she's gotten a lot better. I don't really agree with that, but there you go.
  6. I agree that there's too much MMA stuff. I read it anyway, but I agree that he should maybe start publishing a seperate MMA newsletter.
  7. It's not at all. The portrayal of Willy Wonka goes against the book and the tacked on subplot about his father was just insulting
  8. Who had one year in the Jeff Hardy drug pool
  9. My problem with these explanations is that the movie never explains it itself. I guess there are a few hints at the beginning, but there are a lot of leaps of logic to get through. It's just a bad movie, that Lindsay did thinking she'd win lots of acclaim for a "daring" performance.
  10. Dakota fucking the boy while the mom listened downstairs prompted me to say out loud: When did this turn into an 80s sex comedy?
  11. Meltzer wrote a 4-5 page story on MMA's drug problem and how they should go about fixing it. Nate's pretty misinformed And Vince should welcome regulation, especially with all the deaths and injuries cropping up.
  12. In certain seasons, that would be considered a reward
  13. Did you see Finlay on Nancy Grace? Yea.
  14. Yea, the whole movie is Aubrey imaging it while being tortured. And the reason there's plot holes is b/c well she's being tortured so of course she's not thinking straight! While being tortured, Aubrey also must have imagined Flightplan.
  15. The fact that there were other people in the theatre surprised me too. People seemed to be getting into it, me and my friend were the only ones ripping it. We also applauded at the end...because we had to. It was that kind of movie. "Sometimes you get cut, that's life."
  16. Meltzer's wrong for pointing out that wrestling has a scary amount of deaths and a bad drug problem?
  17. It starts out pretty decently, but then it just dies off and the movie got worse as it went along. I give all thrillers a pass if the payoff or big twists are cool, but they were just awful in this movie. Stigmata? WTF? Lohan's attempts at saying fuck were great though. Funniest part of the movie.
  18. He didn't shoot the guy, he was the catalyst for the shootout I think
  19. What? Come on Ripper, I Know Who Killed Me was awful. And Lohan wasn't an adult character, she was a high school student. But the torture scenes were awesome Milky will be happy to know that me and my friend spent most of the movie riffing on it.
  20. Crabman from My Name is Earl is in I Know Who Killed Me
  21. Question for you al- The last 9 games I've been to, the road team has won 8 times (including yesterday's Mets game). What are the odds of that
  22. Hmmmm didn't see this in any WON I have. Must be in next weeks issue
  23. Mike fucking Knox was one of my favourite wrestlers on the roster. No joke
  24. Smues is right, the dialogue was beyond atrocious. I might have said this earlier, but at least 10 times during the film after an astrocious line, I turned to my friend and said: Michael Bay. I liked Shia though.
  25. I like the idea of the food folder being on its own, but I don't think it needs a mod
