Classic SNL is awesome- up in Canada we get it at 1 am which is really cool. Last year they were showing 96-97. Recently we've been getting 1993 episodes and 1984. They even showed the one that aired the day I was born. This whole poll is total bullshit as well. I doubt many people have seen most of the episodes and are just voting based on host (Hey- let's vote for Bill Murray!) It'd be better if they had every episode available and made it so people actually knew what they were voting for. I hope some random episode doesn't win

I'd have to say Larry King. The David Letterman skit from the Spacey episode is one of my top 5 favourite skits I've ever seen- but Norm was never able to recapture the magic of that skit. I only recall him doing Tarantino once- so that's out. I loved his Bob Dole (Real World with Bob Dole- goldage) but not as much as Reynolds and King. His Burt Reynolds is awesome- I love the Burt Reynolds Christmas Special- it's a really underrated skit. He also was funny in the Star Wars stuff- and of course in Celebrity Jeopardy. Larry King takes the cake though. The one liners are so hilariously absurd that you gotta love them. I still quote those skits today. I used to love reading King's column in USA Today and Norm pretty much ripped it off and parodied it beautifully. He also once appeared on Larry King and did the impression for about half the show- great stuff

Comedy Central never had the rights to the episodes from the 70s so no Bass O Matic

The Jon Lovitz David Letterman skit is not as good as the Kevin Spacey one. 1) Kattan sucked as Paul Shaffer 2) Jon Lovitz sucked as Marv Albert and Norm didn't seem into it. CC only let people vote from about 1980-2001. No one is gonna vote for anything pre-1991. I think people just voted for random stuff
-
Is that the Jon Lovitz one from 1997-1998? If so then yuck- then that one sucks. Maybe Comedy Central clipped it well but I never liked the Mena one. They ruined Janet Reno and Mena looked too disturbingly like Aaron Carter for me to like her in Rap St. Robert Downey Jr/Fiona Apple is a kickass show though- Downey had a great sense of humour to laugh at himself
-
I would watch but since it's only the clipped one hour version- why bother? Calista Flockhart and Mena Suvari do not belong on that list
-
Yea- for Hannukah my mom got me Finding Nemo even though I specifically asked for the Flair and Bloodbath DVDs and told her they were the two I wanted the most- and Nemo was kind of at the bottom of the list. Luckily she made up for it today

I remember when I saw Mr. America wrestle and he ripped off his mask 5 times. And when Vince came out he didn't seem to notice that the mask was halfway off
-
Well Columbia House came and I got: Bridget Jones Jerry Maguire Best of Chris Farley Mr. Bean I guess I'll have to buy Avril myself
-
TNA doesn't make any money- so there ya go
-
I got- Ric Flair DVD Bloodbath 2004 ESPN Sports Almanac 2004 World Almanac George Foreman Grill My dad said a few of my DVDs haven't arrived yet so I'm hoping I got: Jerry Maguire, Bridget Jones, Avril Lavigne: My World and Mr. Bean

Dan had the heart attack at the end of season 8. He came home from the hospital and him and Roseanne got in a big fight and Roseanne left. Roseanne then came back to him. In season 9 Dan went to California to check on his institutionalised mom and then revealed to Roseanne that he had a one night stand with a nurse. Roseanne then kicked him out (again) but they reconciled
-
I remember everyone flaming me in the RAW thread for ripping on HBK v. Jericho 2. It sucked
-
I've been watching a lot of Roseanne recently (it airs after Full House and before Get the Picture) Nick is up to Season 8- where it all goes bad. I think the first few seasons are supposed to be real but then Roseanne just started making stuff up. But Dan did die after the heart attack
-
Orton v. HBK was okay- but WAY too long. HBK also should not have kicked out of the RKO and the finish was lame. I wouldn't call the match "good".
-
That match sounds like it could be a lot of fun- and the heat will be off the charts. I'm for it
-
I watched Flair v. HBK again and it was quite good- the table spot comes towards the end so I don't think it takes away from the match too much. Goldberg v. Y2J and Nash v. HHH were also good matches
-
But Unforgiven sucked a dick with 0 good matches. Bad Blood had good matches
-
No it wasn't- The last three matches were all good, the opening tag match was decent tag team formula, and Test made Test v. Steiner entertaining.
-
This guy does not "got it". He ranked Judgement Day, one of the worst PPVs ever #5. NUMBER 5????
-
Kane didn't even last an hour. Backlund has the record
-
The ladder match wasn't really that good- there weren't any good spots and the work was sloppy. Everyone but Eddy looked like they had no idea what to do. Everything else was awful on JD. No Mercy had Cena's best match against Angle, the usual goodness with Rey v. Tajiri and a better then I expected Benoit v. A-Train match.
-
Judgement Day better then No Mercy? No Mercy had two very good matches in Angle v. Cena and Rey Rey v. Tajiri. Judgement Day had a better then expected main event- and that's it.
