Jim Morrison singing the Soft Parade........ "All our lives we sweat and save Building for a shallow grave" "Can you give me sanctuary I must find a place to hide A place for me to hide Can you find me soft asylum I can't make it anymore The man is at the door" Always touching to listen to, for me at least.

I think he's got his thumb up that kid's ass............
-
They did it to Scott Hall.
-
Probably either Guns N Roses "Rocket Queen" or "Estranged". Maybe "LA Woman" by the Doors too.
-
Let's not forget Airheads. Also, Freddy Got Fingered.
-
Interesting. Where did you hear this? I read something similar on the Wrestling Classics messageboard. Faarooq never came across as a druggie either. Probably pain killers........years of bumps will do that to you.

"The Soft Parade"-The Doors When I was back there in seminary school There was a person there Who put forth the proposition That you can petition the Lord with prayer Petition the lord with prayer Petition the lord with prayer You cannot petition the lord with prayer! Can you give me sanctuary I must find a place to hide A place for me to hide Can you find me soft asylum I can't make it anymore The Man is at the door Peppermint miniskirts, chocolate candy Champion sax and a girl named Sandy There's only four ways to get unraveled One is to sleep and the other is travel One is a bandit up in the hills One is to love your neighbor till His wife gets home Catacombs Nursery bones Winter women Growing stones (Carrying babies to the river) Streets and shoes, Avenues Leather riders selling news (The monk bought lunch) Successful hills are here to stay Everything must be this way Gentle streets where people play Welcome to the Soft Parade All our lives we sweat and save Building for a shallow grave Must be something else we say Somehow to defend this place (Everything must be this way Everything must be this way) The Soft Parade has now begun Listen to the engines hum People out to have some fun A cobra on my left Leopard on my right, yeah Deer woman in a silk dress Girls with beads about their necks Kiss the hunter of the green vest Who has wrestled before With lions in the night Out of sight! The lights are getting brighter The radio is moaning Calling to the dogs There are still a few animals Left out in the yard But it's getting harder To describe sailors To the underfed Tropic corridor Tropic treasure What got us this far To this mild equator We need someone or something new Something else to get us through Calling on the dogs Calling on the dogs Calling on the dogs Calling on the dogs Calling in the dogs Calling all the dogs Calling on the gods Meet me at the crossroads Meet me at the edge of town Outskirts of the city Just you and I And the evening sky You'd better come alone You'd better bring your gun We're gonna have some fun When all else fails We can whip the horses' eyes And make them sleep And cry....

They had just added the return of Gorgeous George, and CJ O Doyle vs. N8 Matson too. That kid (O Doyle) is going right to the top. Damn it, I guess to get my wrestling fix I will hit up a World One Wrestling show, or whatever Corino's league is called now. They have a show in the area on the 10th of April.
-
I guess they were wondering how they could pay Ron back for 8 years of loyal service...........
-
The show originally scheduled for 3/20/04 is postponed now. From wrestlingclassics.com's messageboard......... Since Brian's undoubtedly a bit busy at the moment contacting talent...I'll post this on 3PW's behalf: 3PW Owner Jasmin St. Claire underwent an emergency appendectomy surgery this morning. Therefore, due to the situation, the 3PW show has been postponed until April 17th. All tickets for the 3PW show this Saturday will be honored on April 17. 3PW apologizes for the inconvienence.

When you're talkin to yourself And nobody's home You can fool yourself You came in this world alone (Alone) So nobody ever told you baby How it was gonna be So what'll happen to you baby Guess we'll have to wait and see One, two Old at heart but I'm only 28 And I'm much too young To let love break my heart Young at heart but it's getting much too late To find ourselves so far apart I don't know how you're s'posed To find me lately An what more could you ask from me How could you say that I never needed you When you took everything Said you took everything from me Young at heart an it gets so hard to wait When no one I know can seem to help me now Old at heart but I musn't hesitate If I'm to find my own way out Still talkin' to myself and nobody's home (Alone) So nobody ever told us baby How it was gonna be So what'll happen to us baby Guess we'll have to wait and see When I find out all the reasons Maybe I'll find another way Find another day With all the changing seasons of my life Maybe I'll get it right next time An now that you've been broken down Got your head out of the clouds You're back down on the ground And you don't talk so loud An you don't walk so proud Any more, and what for Well I jumped into the river too many times to make it home I'm out here on my own, an drifting all alone If it doesn't show give it time To read between the lines 'Cause I see the storm getting closer And the waves they get so high Seems everything We've ever known's here Why must it drift away and die I'll never find anyone to replace you Guess I'll have to make it thru, this time Oh this time Without you I knew the storm was getting closer And all my friends said I was high But everything we've ever known's here I never wanted it to die Guns N Roses "Estranged"

Eh, when was Rock In Lisbon announced? If it was announced after Bucket already quit, then everything should be alright, and Axl should be there as planned. But I doubt it.

After fours years as a member of Guns N' Roses, during which time the band canceled more shows than it played and released no original material, guitarist Buckethead has had enough. The eccentric musician, who wears a fried-chicken bucket on his noggin and talks only through a hand puppet, has walked out before but has always returned to the fold. This time, however, it looks permanent. At the end of last year, Buckethead became fed up with Guns' inability to complete an album or tour and stopped working with them, his manager said. Buckethead appeared on the green carpet at the Grammy Awards last month and was introduced by Parliament/Funkadelic bassist Bootsy Collins as a member of Guns N' Roses, but by that time Buckethead had already told Guns frontman Axl Rose he no longer wanted to be in the band, the manager said. Guns N' Roses are scheduled to headline the Rock in Rio festival in Lisbon, Portugal, on May 30. It is unclear whether the band will have a new guitarist by then. Guns N' Roses' label would not comment on Buckethead's departure. The guitarist will now focus on numerous projects, including two solo albums — Population Overdrive and Cuckoo Clocks of Hell — which are due this summer. In addition, a group called Col. Claypool's Bucket of Bernie Brains, which features Buckethead, Primus bassist Les Claypool, Guns N' Roses drummer Brain (ex-Primus) and legendary funk keyboardist Bernie Worrell, will release a debut studio album this summer. The record was mostly recorded last year in Northern California at Claypool's home studio, Rancho Relaxo, and includes the songs "Buckethead," "Tyranny of the Hunt," "The Big Eyeball in the Sky" and "Hip Shot From the Stab." "There are slices of all of our worlds," Claypool said. "We're talking about four pretty strong personalities, so you can hear Primus with Buckethead flailing over the top and Bernie Worrell's monster tidbits over the top of what we're doing. It's unbelievable." Half of the Col. Claypool's Bucket of Bernie Brains album will be instrumental. The band has played various live improvisational shows, but this will be the first time audiences will hear the band performing structured material. "It's not as chaotic as you would think," Claypool said. "You'd think, 'OK, here come these four guys and they're just gonna start flailing,' but Brain is a very structured player, so everything tends to be very groove-oriented." Also on Buckethead's plate are shows and recordings with his recently reunited high school band, Deli Creeps, which features a singer named Maximum Bob, drummer Pinchface and bassist Tony. And Buckethead will likely join bassist Bill Laswell, Brain and others for a show as Material at this year's Bonnaroo festival, which is scheduled for June 11-13 in Manchester, Tennessee, according to the guitarist's manager. The festival may also feature a reunion of Praxis — a band featuring Laswell, Buckethead, Collins, Worrell, Brain and DJ Flip — who haven't played together in five years. Buckethead will start a solo tour Wednesday (March 17), opening for Particle in Austin, Texas. Dates run through April 15 in Atlanta. —Jon Wiederhorn This might fuck up their next show May 30th in Lisbon. Fellow Gunners, what to think now?

UUUUUUGGGGGGHHHHHH It's been St. Patty's Day for hours, and I'm still not drunk yet!

Damn, $13 million? Are there any albums ever that have cost that much? Ever heard of a guy named Michael Jackson? Please don't compare the two. There's already the obvious plastic surgery jokes for both of em.

Damn, $13 million? Are there any albums ever that have cost that much? Is it even possible for the record company to make a profit off of this album?

Oh, for the love of... HE WASN'T HAPPY. He's young, and he wants to chase 1 of his dreams. Would you rather they force him to stay, and he just mails in all his matches and does nothing but bitch in the lockerroom? Yeah, those millions of dollars he makes for 15-20 minutes of work a night.......wasn't he WWE Champion up until what.......A MONTH AGO? I'm just not seeing where the unhappiness comes in. "The travel! The travel" So what, everyone else on the roster does it, including guys who put his ass over. He just comes off as a primadonna.

Just like when Barry Darsow golfed, or Steve Lombardi became a baseball player.

What a jackass. Was anyone else ever pushed harder then this guy, and then he just leaves? He reminds me of the Warrior.

I find it interesting that Duff and Slash backed him up since they are on such awful terms. Guns N' Roses Files Lawsuit Monday March 15, 11:14 am ET NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 15, 2004--GUNS N' ROSES have filed a lawsuit against Geffen Records, a division of UMG Recordings, Inc., to stop the unauthorized release of a Greatest Hits package by the band. The lawsuit seeks a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction against this unauthorized release and was filed in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles. The band has not been given the opportunity to approve the choice of songs, the artwork, the release date or the re-mastering done on the tracks included on this compilation. GUNS N' ROSES have sold over 80,000,000 albums worldwide - almost 40,000,000 in the US alone - and founding member W. Axl Rose is concerned that not only will their audience be misled into believing that the planned compilation is an authorized release, but that it will hinder the release of the band's long awaited new studio album CHINESE DEMOCRACY. There has been a massive outcry among the band's loyal audience against the Greatest Hits record, as they too believe the track selection is fundamentally flawed, does not reflect the band's best work and is clearly not the ultimate package that would be selected by the band or their fan base if they were given the opportunity. They have flooded the offices of Geffen Records' senior executives with thousands of emails over the last few weeks expressing their dissent. W. Axl Rose is joined by former band members Slash and Duff McKagan in bringing the action against Geffen Records. LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - A federal judge on Monday cleared the way for Geffen Records to release a greatest-hits album next week from the rock band Guns N' Roses over the objection of its lead singer, Axl Rose. Rose sued Geffen, a unit of Universal Music Group under Vivendi Universal, seeking to prevent the best-of collection from being released, claiming he was not consulted on the choice or remixing of material for the album. He was joined as a plaintiff in the suit, filed last Friday, by two band members from the original lineup -- guitarist Slash and bassist Duff McKagan -- even though their rights to the Guns N' Roses name was signed over to Rose years ago when they left the group. But U.S. District Judge Dale Fischer denied their request for a temporary restraining order, allowing Geffen to issue the album as planned next Tuesday. A hearing on a motion for a preliminary injunction was set for next month. "Their lawsuit is meritless," Universal Music spokesman Peter LoFrumento said. "Fortunately, since the court has denied their application for a temporary restraining order, the album will be released as scheduled on March 23." According to the lawsuit, Rose objected to the selection of songs for the compilation album, the timing of its release, the album's artwork and the re-mastering of the original tapes. The album features 14 tracks in all and eight of Guns N' Roses' hit singles, including "Welcome to the Jungle, "Paradise City" and "Sweet Child O' Mine" from the mega-selling 1987 album "Appetite for Destruction." The group's last studio album, "The Spaghetti Incident?," was issued in 1993. A 2002 MTV appearance by a reconstituted Guns N' Roses, with Rose as the lone member from the band's heyday, helped spark interest in the group's new lineup, but a subsequent U.S. tour was cut short. The suit, which accuses Geffen of trademark infringement and breach of contract, says the label is barred under its contract with Guns N' Roses from altering its master recordings without the band's permission. A statement from Rose's manager added that the greatest-hits set "will hinder the release of the band's long-awaited new studio album, 'Chinese Democracy."' Geffen officials had no further comment on the dispute. But a source familiar with the situation said the label has been waiting seven years for Rose to deliver "Chinese Democracy" and has poured $13 million into production of that album after repeated promises that he was about to finish the project. "Every year there's been a new reason why Axl is not done with the record," the source told Reuters, adding that Geffen went ahead with the greatest-hits package only because Rose failed to come through with "Chinese Democracy." "Had he delivered this record like he promised seven years ago, this would not be happening right now." A representative for Rose was not immediately available for comment.

I don't recall him ever beating members of his family......... Either way, remember how he used to trash Jericho on his site? Then one day it turned into hardcore pornography? Those were the days.........
-
yeah I noticed that too... and I'm not surprised... still a decent match and even though I saw the trish turn a mile away a little dissapointed, but evil bitch Trish mixed with bastard Christian is going to be a great combo Could they have messed up a couple more spots? I bet Vinnie Mac gave em hell when they came back through the curtain.

I will offer nothing for the password! But I would appreciate it.

I don't see what the harm is in giving the guy a simple tryout. Football coaches should be on the lookout for anyone with potential. I could see Brock as an explosive linebacker.

I really hope he commentates on a couple matches tonight.
