I wish I was old enough to been friends with Frank Sinatra. Now that crazy dude knew what the hell a party was. And to this day, I feel bad I had no idea who Jude Law was. He didn't seem to mind too much, even gave me a nice conversation to pass the time. I think he liked the fact I either didn't know who the hell he was or if I did, I didn't act like he was a big deal.

What is it gonna finally take for this company to realize that what they're doing is simply not working and take a change in direction? Probably nothing short of Spike threatening to not renew the deal if ratings don't go up. Nothing really going to make the ratings go up in my opinion. TNA try mostly everything so far. TNA and us fans just have to realize that TNA is only 4 years old and it will take time/years to build up a strong audience. How long it took for UFC to really blow up? UFC now averaging mid six figures for ppv buyrates. Spike and TNA is actually talking about a 2 hour show which means Spike like TNA enough to keep them on tv for the next few years. TNA is still one of the highest rated cable shows(top 5) for it's timeslot among the 18-35 male demo. SPIKE is the men network afterall. Plus, TNA is cheap programming. I personally think TNA should leave the traditional wrestling stuff alone,heel vs. face,storylines,etc. but that's a big RISK. I was thinking more of a promotion based on rankings and competition like boxing and MMA. Can the wrestling world handle something so drastic? Probably not, people complain when they see a random X division match on ppv. They could follow through with stuff that happens on PPV instead of just forgetting it. Joe was supposed to get a title shot at BFG, why all of a sudden is Joe just not giving a damn that his shot has been taken away? That is a huge problem I have with them. They set up these GREAT storylines, hold matches that should be meant to continue the feud but instead they just act like the feud is over. They do an amazing job of setting up things and then they bobble the storylines when they are getting hot. It's annoying.

Question for those that might know: Which is the best of the Budokai series? My fiancee loves the show and she wants one of the Budokai ones but we have no CLUE which one is worth it. I heard there was one in the series which was very enjoyable and I was wondering if any of you knew.

Sounds like Jeff Hardy, and we all know they made sure Jeff had got his act together before bringing him back. It's only been a week I know but there hasn't been anything at all saying Hardy is causing trouble. Why is it so hard for this board to give someone another chance? Jeff couldn't even handle the TNA schedule without screwing up to the point that Jeff Jarrett gave up trying to save his job. WWE didn't give Eddie Guerrero or William Regal another chance until they proved themselves, especially in the case of Eddie. I'm all for Jeff being given a second chance but he should have proved it like Eddie, William and others have. The fact WWE hired Jeff back without him doing anything to prove himself, added to the fact that Jeff flaked out working the easier TNA schedule, shows that it's very likely Kurt just has to wait around and he'll get hired back with no questions asked. Kurt doesn't draw in the young, stupid, teenage girl demo that Jeff does. Jeff moves merch, right now Kurt isn't moving much of anything but questions about his health and sanity.

I still say it's stupid to set a date for the pull out. That's like setting an exact date for the break-up. Just do it slowly, if the news wants to report it fine but don't announce it to the damn country and world yourselves.

Why no one would want to come to Montana? Answer...you're Montana. You had a year that could be dismissed as a fluke. It works true to life. Kids are going to go to the schools they know are consistently on top and on tv and will give them a spotlight. You had one season of greatness, you want the recruits? Do it again. Just like real college football.

Junior will just be in the Bryan Cox role. He'll eat some downs every now and then but for the most part, he's on the team for depth. And I like Seau. But a Harrison like impact? I can't see that happening.

Actually he got over VERY easily and could get over very easily. Just do what ECW did, let him brutally break people down ala Finlay. Anyone who says FIT has a good look might just be a little nuts as well. He just needs to go out and beat the living hell out of people and then snap them with a spinebuster. Heck, team him with a manager like Arn Anderson and he'd get over in no time. It's just no one in this damn company that works in creative wants to do anything but write sex jokes all day.

Maybe Sci Fi will put some of that money into better F/X and acting into their movies. HAHAHA like that will ever happen. You want really bad CGI and acting? Scarecrow Slayer...holy DAMN was that horrible.

The only thing fun about this is Stargate SG-1 movies, which I am actually looking forward to. And Atlantis is still very strong though these Doctor Weir centered episodes are kinda horrible. I think they hurt themselves this year by making an enemy that is basically invincible and breaking out the King Arthur is an alien things. It's fun and all but they have been jumping around more than usual lately when they were supposed to be focused on..you know...saving the galaxy. Will be very interested what takes the place in front of Atlantis.

I agree with whats been said, but if Pacman said that he needs to shut the fuck up. Bush ran by him, and then ran over him and basically threw him down on that 44 yard Pacman is a moron. I still have no idea why the Titans thought drafting him was going to be a good idea. Pacman believes hype about himself that doesn't exist anywhere but in his own head. He's the kind of guy who would tell someone, "yo man! You getting shut down this week", then allow the receiver to go for 12 catches with 255 yards and three touchdowns. Then Pac Man would say, "he didn't have the balls to wait for me to catch him so I could stop him, he's a punk!"

Umm...well, nothing. He did his job on a screen pass picking up about seven yards. He got a 8 yard run because a tackler missed, he didn't make the tackler miss so much as Newman just doesn't know how to tackle. Exactly. I love Terrance Newman as a shutdown cover corner but his tackling skills in the backfield are probably the weakest part of his game. They made it sound like Bush got around Ray Lewis in his prime or something. Ummm WTF? Terrance Newman a shutdown corner? Yeah Right.... Newman does have flashes of becoming a very good cover corner, but he doesn't have the speed to handle deep balls which is one of his problems. His other problem is, he's a lousy tackler. We get the Cowboys all the time around here because of the NFC EAST bull and he just couldn't tackle guys that ran right into him. Bush made a decent cut, but it wasn't anything that deserved Stuart Scott shouting like he just saw the ghost of Walter Payton running upfield. Bush did the stuff he was supposed to do, but that's it. All the NFL coverage is starting to make me hate him because the constant shots of people wearing his jersey (WE GET IT! IT'S AVAILABLE TO BUY!) and the announcers reminding us every five minutes how great he is has become his biggest enemy. I don't care for Johnny Fairplay, but that's one of the dumbest things I've ever read He could always come back and say he isn't good enough for RAW yet and thinks he needs to spend time in the little league before making his way to the big time. That might make them smile. Course Fairplay coming in would make me want to hurt people because he's worthless in every way possible.

This goes back to one of our biggest problems. Our government is incredibly inefficient and lazy in every section. This is why I have always been opposed to giving them more power over anything because they never seem to be able to handle it. I really wish there was an adminstration that would come in and realize our biggest problem is our government is incredibly out of order when it comes to handling anything. It's one of the reasons the littlest of things takes over a million dollars to do. If you know the guy has committed the illegal act and all you have to do is get the warrant AFTER the fact and you don't do it, then something is screwed up somewhere on the line and needs fixing.

I was struggling to find the Worldwide totals for Riddick and Poseidon. I know Poseidon totally collapsed in on itself here, wasn't sure about foreign totals. So thanks, I retract my statement on those two movies. Pluto Nash, god that film was horrible and I have no IDEA why it cost 100 million. Alamo was a good film, again I'm not sure why it cost 107 million to make. I feel like there is another we are forgetting. Not sure what though. And no, it's not Superman Returns for the jokers.
