I liked it and I really like them doing the full frame and widescreen in the same DVD. My fiancee just doesn't like wide screen on a small tv, she says once we can get a wide screen tv then she'll like it but not right now. Don't blame her, kinda sucks on a small one.

The Bates theme isn't that bad but the original version still kicks it all over the field. Too many stupid special sound effects and just overall too busy. Annalise Van Der Pol As for Dodd, I don't know what to think about him. Not a big fan of democrat from Connecticut and his bio reads like the voter buzz word package. I'll need to learn some more of his policies and see if he's his own man or just a party bullhorn (my main problem with most political candiates). As for the small businesses that get run out of town, if they were worth a damn then people keep shopping at them. We have quite a few small businesses here that survived and actually flourished even after Walmart showed up. If your small business was good, people keep coming to you. But if it sucked and your prices were crazy because you were the only thing in town, then yes Walmart will drive you out.

Since the Philly deal collapsed, that does seem to be the one most talked about. He's leaving Baltimore for somewhere, it's not a question of if so much as when. With Tejada, they can calm him down by having a very strong offseason. I wouldn't mind the Angels deal of Woods and Saunders, but there is just no way the Angels would offer that and there is no way the Orioles would accept it. Maybe if the Angels offered up an over the hill worthless player with a famous name, the O's would jump all over it. Perhaps the Cubs should call, offer up Prior, Wood, Perez and Cedeno. The Orioles would jump all over that one.

Conine is too old now but hopefully someone will take a risk, they can't get anyone to take Javy, and Rodrigo was being talked about in a move for Abreu or Burrell but that deal collapsed when the O's wouldn't take any part of the contract.

Baltimore is already demanding the moon, stars, Earth and the Sun from the Angels and even then they aren't happy with the talks. I really get the feeling you have a better chance of seeing the Orioles trying to make trades to improve the team for next year that won't involve Tejada moving off the team. There was talk of Wood and Saunders from the Angels for Tejada and the Orioles weren't even that interested in that and wanted another high impact player. It just comes off like Baltimore has no interest in dealing him unless they get to take every prospect a team has for him. Which as an Orioles fan, I do like but it's just going to lead to Tejada being pissed off next year when the Orioles won't sign anyone. I mean Jeff Conine and Kevin Millar? That helped the pitching and hitting out HOW exactly?

The Orioles are not going to bring down their price. If you want Tejada, you have to give up your future or the O's won't make the deal. Baltimore doesn't have to deal Tejada and they won't do it unless they are getting what they feel is his value. And they have his value set extremely high. The cost for Tejada will be simple: Hirsh, Pence, Lidge and either Burke or Everett. If the Stros won't give it, I doubt the Orioles will even keep them on the phone.

Bullcrap. He wasn't the #1 pick, end of story. He'll get what he deserves, which is #2 pick money. If the Saints are dumb enough to give him #1 money then they set a bar that they will cave in and give future picks whatever they want. And don't give me this, "Reggie is special" bull when he hasn't taken one damn snap in the NFL. The fact is simple: he was drafted number two, and no matter how much merch or season tickets he sold (which is a really big insult to every other Saint player saying they had zero to do with it) he should only get #2 money. Not a dime more.
