It doesn't help that nearly every artist is guest rapping on nearly every other artist's CD That would be Busta Rhymes, he's everywhere. No, not just one guy, I mean it's one big circle of "You rap on my CD and I'll rap on yours" When I used to work at Best Buy and I saw some of the big name rappers releasing CDs, I'd look on the back at the tracklist and I swear half the tracks would have after that "(Guest starring <random rapper>)"

I checked. Four official GH compilations (Chronicles, Retrospective I, Retrospective II, The Spirit of Radio) With the exception of Chronicles (released in '90), I find it somewhat disheartening that the compilations (more than likely studio choice over artists' choise though) ignore their 90's work entirely, when they put out three good CDs and scored a decent number of radio hits ("Roll the Bones", "Nobody's Hero", "Animate", "Stick it Out", "Resist" and "Driven") The live discography (while expansive) is worth checking out as well

Don't they already have five or so GH comps out already? I imagine this is referring to their epic era from the late 70's when they were prone to doing 10-20 minute epics. Most songs after Permanent Waves(1980) are the "standard" 4-5 minutes long

Looking back historically, it's kind of funny how they lost in progressively worse fashion with each successive SB (same could be said for the early 90's Bills) Then, of course, their first SB win was a close-tight battle, and their second was no concern at all. Well I can't imagine where your username comes from them
