Yes. Yes. I'd say that's one of the top. It also gets my vote for the best gun battle of all time (in the middle of the movie, not the end). And the loudest one, too.

La Resistance are currently my favourite RAW tag team. I think Johnny Spade could take Sylvan's spot in La Resistance, though. That would be markout city.
