  1. The last picks of Round 3 91. St. Louis - open 92. Tennessee - Gert T 93. Kansas City - Vern 94. Carolina - BX 95. New England - Harley 96. Cincy - Flyboy
  2. Things could be worse. Doug Glanville could be the player who gets the most action off the bench. ::looks at bench player ABs:: Fuck
  3. That is not a rule for that park though. They were explaining it on the telecast. The ground rule doubles are set for each park (i.e., if a ball gets lost in the ivy at Wrigley and the OFer throws his hands up it is a ground rule double). Since the rule is not a ground rule double for that park, they can't just arbitrarily say that it is a ground rule double.
  4. But if the protest was upheld would they just be awarded the win, since it would have been a game winning, walkoff HR?
  5. Next three 88. Baltimore Ravens - marvin 89. Philadelphia Eagles - me 90. Indianapolis Colts - Flyboy
  6. Good thing the Phils are trying to cut the strikeouts. It is good to foster an environment where you have 5 one pitch outs through 5 innings.
  7. Next four 85. Denver Broncos - open 86. Green Bay Packers - Kahran 87. Miami Dolphins - CV 88. Baltimore Ravens - marvin
  8. You only have four more hours.
  9. Since Rant is here I'll make the Dallas pick...Carlos Joseph, Tackle, Miami If you made a pick for Dallas in the meantime Rant I'll delete this.
  10. BX's time is up, whoever wants to pick go ahead. Rant is on the clock with Seattle
  11. Also they are having chats with prospects all day today. Just click the "The Draft Show" link after each of the picks.
  12. John Clayton and Len Pasquarelli are currently doing a live mock draft on ESPN.com The only real difference I see in this draft as opposed to others is Steven Jackson going to Tampa at 15. I think that is the first I have seen of that.
  13. Next Four 83. Dallas Cowboys - BX (2:15 pm EST) 84. Seattle Seahawks - Rant 85. Denver Broncos - open 86. Green Bay Packers - Kahran
  14. lomasmoney's time is up. Whoever wants to can make the pick. BPS is on the clock with Buffalo. BTW, we still need someone to take the Jets who are up in a couple picks.
  15. That had to be the ugliest damn game I ever saw. And I want Larry Bowa fined every time Roberto Hernandez is used before Ryan Madson in an important situation now.
  16. He is actually someone to look at this year. For some reason he has channeled a Michael Peca in his prime defensive skill set. I am praying to god that the Canadiens get rid of Tampa, as they are the bad draw for the Flyers. Martin St. Louis would fly all around the ice and the Flyers would not catch him.
  17. Last six picks 66. San Diego Chargers - Darrion Scott, Defensive End, Ohio State 67. Oakland Raiders - James Newson, Wide Receiver, Oregon State 68. Cleveland Browns - Kelly Butler, Offensive Tackle, Purdue 69. Atlanta Falcons - Travis LaBoy, Defensive End, Hawaii 70. Jacksonville Jaguars - Nate Kaeding, Kicker, Iowa 71. Houston Texans - Isaac Hilton, DE/LB, Hampton Next three Jax - APO - on clock until 7:30 pm Detroit - lomas Buffalo - bps
  18. It is certainly possible that Palmer turns into a bust, but I don't see Kitna as the QB to lead them to the promised land. So is turning Palmer into the starter worth the risk as opposed to Kitna making this a decent team? I think so.
  19. CV's time is up, whoever is next in the thread can make the pick. APO is on the clock with Jax.
  20. No. In his best year ever, he still only managed 8th or 9th in the NFL in passer rating and threw 15 picks. And that was with a quite explosive pair of receivers. I am not saying he is bad or is not capable of a Rich Gannon career revival, but a decent QB who lead a team to an 8-8 record isn't enough to me to stop Palmer.
  21. Next four 71. Houston - CV 72. Jax - APO 73. Detroit - lomasmoney 74. Buffalo - bps Also, we still need people for these four teams San Diego Denver St. Louis New York Jets
