After reading that review, and seeing all of this game's failures - and taking one more look at that roster, which is just woeful - I've pretty much decided to wait to buy this game. Until the price drops to no higher than 30 bucks, $20 preferably. Even if that takes several months. I just can't justify paying 50 bucks for a game that seems to be inferior, in just about all the ways that matter to me, than HCTP.

This argument is getting to be as retarded as the one the other week between Mike & Tyler. This is all fluff anyway.

Wow, Grudge only lost about half its audience.....I have to believe that's because of this weekend being Halloween, because the movie isn't really that strong. Still, though, when it's all said and done the film could wind up making close to 100 million domestic - does that mean we'll be seeing "The Grudge 2"?

Gibbs is also not that solid of a coach. The game has passed him by. It's not like they beat Tampa Bay by a ton in the opening game, and they pretty well dominated them. -=Mike I don't quite think the game has "passed him by" - I think Gibbs can still be successful as a coach in the NFL. However, I'm almost convinced at this point that his ability to discern talent - i.e., what players will or will not work in the NFL these days - has passed him by. There's just no reason at this point, when you're 2 and FIVE, to continue with the current QB. The Brunell experiment is a dismal failure. Time to give the ball back to Ramsey and see what he can do. The kid wasn't too bad last year, we just didn't have an offensive line that could protect him, so he go the shit knocked out of him every game.....I think that's less of a problem this year, so give him the opportunity.

As a general rule DO NOT talk to someone who describes themself as this. They'll be your worst enemy if you don't conform to their worldview. Free-thinking as in: "Accepts people's opinions, even if it differs from their own, as long as they back it up. They don't immediately shut themselves away from that person's thoughts, but they at least listen to what this person has to say with a clear mind." Many people I've met so far in my university have this kind of free-thinking attitude. Even if their minds aren't changed by the person's opinion, at least they take the time to listen to what they have to say. Man, either you're attending some sort of really different university than I've ever seen, or you're just really, really naive. I'm with Mad Dog - if someone describes themselves as a "free-thinker", run the hell away from them. Ideological persecution is quick to follow if you don't.

Why freak out? I'm a diehard Redskins fan, but really, I knew going into this game the 'Skins were going to lose it. Because of some cosmic turn of fate which has turned the election for Kerry? No - because Brunell is pure and utter SHIT as a quarterback, and unfortunately Joe Gibbs just doesn't see it.

I can't put any real faith in electoral-vote.com's maps. Florida is not going for Kerry - neither is New Mexico. Nevada's going to go for Bush, and as a Virginian, trust me, Bush is going to pick up VA as well. I see him getting Iowa and maybe MI as well. And while Bush has a chance in Ohio, I think Kerry has a much better shot at winning it than he does Florida.

It's easier for him, really. He COULD fight her over it, but that would cost him money in the long run. Money which he has to burn, quite frankly, as he could drag out the lawsuit until she was flat broke and thus couldn't continue litigation anymore. But why do that when you can likely settle the case - and make the negative publicity go away - for less money than it would cost to pursue the countersuit? Whether the phone-sex really happened or not (and who cares if it did), the woman was looking for a handout and O'Reilly essentially did a cost-benefit analysis and decided it was easier just to throw some money at her to go away.

If they're goign to bring him back, I'd prefer he get put on Smackdown where he's fit in better against the cruisers they have employed there. Frankly, I don't want the Bodydonnas to be reformed. Have "Simon Dean" go out there and try and get the gimmick over on his own, and if it flops, it flops - take him off TV for a few weeks and repackage him as Nova. Candido, if they ARE going to bring him back in, should be given a 'fresh' start, away from the gimmick crap.

Oh SHIT, now I actually remember him doing that. Wow......Now I'm REALLY going to be tripping if he wins the Oscar. I mean hell, he probably deserves to win, but still - it's going to be pretty weird. Oh, and I don't think Carrey will get nominated for an Oscar, but I can see him getting nominated for a Golden Globe - the Globes seem to treat him pretty well.
