The return of Fit Finley?!?!?!
-
I'm going to somewhat agree with this. I haven't heard all of their album, so I can't speak for all of their work, but of the three singles they've released that I've heard ("Helena", "I'm Not Ok", and "Ghost of You"), I've enjoyed all of them. They're not bad. Current guilty pleasure: "Passion", the latest single by Utada Hikaru. Really, though, I don't feel guilty about liking this song either.

Not to further nitpick, but Fallout Boy is so not punk. Or at least not how I define punk. I view them as the latest shitty emo flavor of the month.
-
If anything, this should debut on the Sci-Fi channel.

I can't get into Rancid. I think it's because whenever Tim Armstrong sings, he sounds like a retard. I'm not saying that merely to insult him, I mean, literally, he sounds like he has Down's Syndrome. Actually, I've met people with DS who speak more clearly and with better diction than him.

Ironically, "Cool" is the song I like least of all of the singles off that album. Although it's still fine, because it has an 80s vibe to it, which is okay with me. BTW, going back a few posts......has Green Day ever been punk? Yeah, I know, they're supposed to be punk, but I've never bought them as legitimate. This isn't the fucking Dead Kennedy's we're talking about.

I'd like to know what a curriculum or test over intelligent design would look like. It seems to me like it would only have one question, and that one question would probably be true or false. Here's my question about intelligent design - does it just cover judeo-christian creationist beliefs? Or is it a more broad study of different creation myths / beliefs to analyze whether an intelligent creative force is possible? Not every particular theory about evolution is considered the gospel truth, no pun intended; many scientists / researchers possess disagreements about the exact process of evolution, either in the macro or micro sense. Same with religion. Not all theological perspectives operate under the strict belief that every single word of the Bible (or the Torah or the Koran, etc.) is the LITERAL gospel truth. Besides, you know what I mean. You can believe in evolution AND believe in God. It's not all or nothing. One doesn't cancel the other out. It's not, "Oh, I believe in evolution, so I can't possibly believe that God exists, because then I'd HAVE to belief in creationism if I did." And vice versa. That's what the I.D. folks aren't getting, the fact that evolution exists doesn't automatically mean that everything they believe in regarding God is worthless.

I would disagree, but then I don't want Jerk thinking he's better than me because he was in the Navy. You ain't better'n me, boy!

Oh good, let's bury the tag division even more by having one half of the tag champs beat an entire tag team by himself.

This RAW is dying the slowest of deaths.
-
So I guess that casting call was successful.

The WWE even makes lesbianism boring.
-
I am amazed each week at the lengths they'll go to just so that the fans won't boo Cena. It's unreal. Angle forming Los Talibanes. Jesus fuck. I'd like to see them hire Emilio Charles Jr. now. AND Bestia Salvaje.
-
So what? The match is just a no contest?
-
Please shut the fuck UP about Eddie Guerrero. You've profited from his death enough for the last few fucking weeks.
-
So, I guess everyone in the WWE is just going to look the other way and pretend that the Flair / HHH feud of just a month ago didn't happen, huh? No continuation of that I suppose.
-
Unless Angle calls out Bret for a match 'somewhere down the line'...even though I doubt Bret would wrestle again...but never say never Bret can't physically wrestle ever again without running serious risk of dehabilitating injury. Outside of maybe a HoF induction, he doesn't ever even want to set foot in a WWE ring. So this will be Vince probably badmouthing Bret about the DVD, I suppose to get people to buy it, although the whole thing will be rather pointless because Bret's never going to show up to respond to whatever he has to say. Also, the segment will be colossally NOT entertaining.
-
Vince is going to comment on the Bret Hart DVD? Nothing good will come of this. I mean that in more than one way.
-
Is this film supposed to even be set in the 80s? I'll have to look at the trailer again but I didn't seem to get that vibe. Maybe I wasn't paying attention.
-
I might go see this, but honestly, the only thing this film looks to have in common with the original 80s TV series is Michael Mann and the name.

Don't give Corey too much shit, he's absolutely right in his (albeit somewhat awkward) assertion that evolution and intelligent design can co-exist. There are plenty of theological schools of thought that accept evolution AND a belief in a creator God at the same time. Some particular theories follow along with his point three, that the 'days' in the creation of Genesis were actually geological ages rather than actual 24-hour periods. This is the same old futile argument again. Science doesn't refute religion, religion doesn't refute science. Both can and should exist harmoniously with one another.

This guy inadvertently summarized the last 30 years of X-Men comics.

Though gentle creatures, pandas are brave and valiant beings when the situation calls for it. In other words: any fool trying to snatch a panda would get their ass mauled. Unless they maybe pandanapped a cub, like little Tai Shan. And that would just be evil. Death to whomever would abduct lil' Tai Shan.

You should still be able to use winRAR even after the free trial. You'll just get an annoying pop-up window telling you the free trial is over and to buy the actual version. But you can still un-rar files.
