  1. Come on, Dames...you've gotta know it's going SOMEWHERE... *Cackles*
  2. Ittttttttttttttttttttt's showtime! This show looks pretty money.
  3. Wow, after this ep I hope you can figure out what the big twist I was talking about last week is going to be. Pretty good show, easy to tell the show is winding down, and pretty easy to figure out how most of the loose ends will be tied up. I'm pretty happy with how good this season has been.
  4. People don't want to watch MATCHES, though. They want Kane setting people on fire and comedy skits and Cena doing lame raps and Vince making people kiss his ass!
  5. I guess you could argue that there wasn't that one big match to draw the viewers in, either, like Benoit vs. HBK the week before.
  6. That's a big plunge, too. Do RAW's ratings typically do better or worse in the summer?
  7. Trish has always been hotter when playing the slutty heel. Gotta love those table vignettes before Backlash 2000. And last night...damn!
  8. The Backseats are small, but so were the Hardys, and they made Vince tons of money in their heyday. Those teenage girls buy merchandise, man! And how is AJ Styles too spotty? Have you ever seen him wrestle in Ring of Honor?

I don't think you can blame anyone for thinking a retard gimmick would be anything other than retarded. And hey, if Booker T as Papa Shango 2004 ends up as gold, I'll never question the WWE again.

You gotta give Dinsmore credit for doing as much as possible with this thing. He's got people cheering him...but we'll see how long it can last. Dinsmore's making chicken salad out of chicken shit, though.
  11. You mean he doesn't really have a broken leg???????????????????
  12. What indy guys out there could you see in the WWE? Obviously a lot of the top indy guys don't fit the "WWE style". Homicide or Samoa Joe, for example, really wouldn't fit into the WWE's style. But there are others Vince is crazy not to sign. For example: The Backseat Boyz: I can really see Acid and Kashmere getting over as a Hardy Boyz-type tag team in the WWE. Sure, they're not big, but Vince could use some great, charismatic tag teams to give the tag division a boost. Why not these guys? Colt Cabana: He's not too small, he can work, and he's charismatic as hell. It's just hard not to like the guy. He'd be perfect in the WWE. Hotstuff Hernandez: Yeah, he's not the greatest, but he's okay for a big man, and we all know Vince loves his "hosses", right? Surprised he's not in the WWE, to be honest. Others: Alex Shelley? The Briscoes? Anyone else come to mind for you guys?
  13. If you think that Vince isn't going to keep Bradshaw in the main event picture until at least the GAB, you're mistaken. There's no way he's pulled from the feud this quickly just to put Booker involved. I see GAB with Eddie/Bradshaw in a gimmick rematch, and Taker/Booker in a casket match or something. I see Mordecai as a more slowly developing feud, like Taker/Kane, since Fertig still needs to time improve and get his character over.
  14. Yes, they COULD do that with Benoit/Jericho...but do you honestly think they will? They'll go Benoit/Kane or Benoit/X. Probably the former.
  15. I always thought Tenta was one of the more entertaining big men workers of the time. His match with Hogan at Summerslam 1990 is surprisingly decent. And this couldn't happen to a nicer guy...I really hope he beats it.
  16. Nathan Jones is utterly useless.
  17. I would be really REALLY REALLY surprised if Taker jobbed at JD. This is old school dead man Taker we're talking about...he just doesn't lose. And it's not like they have any big plans for Booker, other than turning him into Papa Shango 2004.
  18. Wow...that Hirohito shit just blows my mind. Why can't they just blindly give a main event spot to Low Ki or Christopher Daniels or somebody? Daniels would be a far better feud for Taker than Fertig!
  19. Hey, they can't have 5 twenty minute matches, right? I'm guessing Edge/Orton and the cage match get the bulk of the time.
  20. As long as Balls Mahoney is in the main event, I'm all in favor!
  21. Fairplay would have beat Lil in a jury vote 4-3. Sandra would have voted for Jon because she would have been PISSED at Lil for voting her off. Along with Cesterino and maybe Hatch from season 1, Fairplay had one of the best played games of Survivor in the history of the show. Mariano was pretty damn good this year, too - just dominating in the challenges.
  22. Totally agree, that reunion showed exactly why he's my favorite survivor player. He doesn't get too tied up in the game and maintains a level head about everything. And he met a Cabana boy! Ha!
  23. It's not quite fair to say that there were NO great matches during that time period. Hart/Bulldog at Summerslam 1992...Savage Steamboat at WM5...there's more than a handful. ...The FUCK!? Jesus Man, you try standing up for the classics, and spout off the WRONG Show. Who are you, Jim Ross? Back on topic: Since I have or gradually am buying copies of these "Classic PPVs", I wouldn't need the DVDs, because they are probably poor quality. Whoops, hit the 5 instead of 3. At least I remember the Hogan/Warrior match from Wrestlemania 2 like it was yesterday.
  24. If you're not willing to play the game, why play the game? Only one person can win, of COURSE you're probably going to get lied to and voted off. Lex and Alicia and Kathy - pretty much sour grapes. Rob shouldn't have been mad at Tom, though - he was blindly and stupidly thinking he could go to the final two with Mariano.
  25. Rupert will get the million in a landslide. He's been edited so positively and everyone loves him. No one else stands a chance.
