Yeah, I meant Mario RPG. According to you. I don't think so. Actually I don't think much about Mario RPG at all. I wouldn't have made it a nominee, let alone voted for it. But apparently a lot of people disagree, for whatever reason...but I'm not going to complain about it or suggest that anyone who voted is wrong and must be a fanboy. But then again, I would vote for VII just because it is by Square according to you. So what do I know? I hate Adam Sandler and his unfunny movies, but that little kid in Billy Madison is cool. He is also right, MK is better than Donkey Kong.

A game can be more influential and not be one of the best ever. Mortal Kombat is one of the most influential video games of the 90's and I'm sure many would dispute calling MK one of the best games ever. You may not think Mario RPG was that great, but maybe they do. Maybe they don't like fighting games so they don't like SF II. Or maybe it is a conspiracy just to vote for Nintendo games. Either way it's just "best game ever" and a popularity contest. If that's the case(voting just because it's Nintendo) then shame on them, but it's not really any more obnoxious or fanboyish than declaring that anyone that doesn't like SF II more than Mario is biased. FF VII is still good and I'd vote for it against like anything. Only because of the Square logo and because it's a RPG right? Of course... On an unrelated side note the song "The Extreme" from the FF VIII soundtrack is great.

RPG fans vote for RPGs. So what? Maybe people like Mario RPG more than Street Fighter. How is this "blind Gamefaqs fanboy" thing any worse than the attitude here, where you all scoff at any vote that you don't agree with? I'd vote for Metroid Prime and FFX over Shenmue and Half-Life. OMG what blinkered fanboyism!!!

I never really believed in all the rumors and myths either. Both the guy on fire and the guy he's facing are based on Liu Kang's sprite. I always just figured it was decoration, like the Shadow Priests in the Tower and Portal and the guy impaled in the Living Forest. It's not official but "Hornbuckle" is the fan made name for the guy he's fighting.

I always feel sorry for Blucas. It seems like I'm the only one that likes Riley.
-
Yeah, Blaze is the guy on fire from The Pit II. Not only was Carlos the mocap guy for MKDA he played Raiden in the old 2D games. He's been around since MK1.
-
I think they're ok. Better than some of the lame hiddens in the past games, like Noob and Ermac. Mokap is pretty funny and a worthy tribute to Carlos Pesina. Blaze is an awesome reference to MK II.

No, you unlock them by beating Konquest. A lot of people say you have to unlock their bios in the Krypt but they're wrong. All you need to do is finish Konquest.

I think you get more guns or something in your shed depending on your rank. I just used stealth because it was entertaining.
-
I don't. I used stealth and cunning on like every stage. Screwing up that guy's operation was the best.
-
I think I know what you're talking about. Maybe it's talking about the two hidden characters you get for finishing the mode.
-
where?
-
There is no reason he isn't in DA as a playable character. Kenshi saved him and he just ran off. Probably in hiding or something. There is no ultimate or final Konquest. You just finish it for every character and it's over.

We need more news. They had this steady flow of news and now it's just stopped. They should show a pic of Kabal or something. I want storyline details.

Yeah. The sprites are about the same size too.

When was the last time Eddie was in a feud that didn't involve his heritage?

I don't know about other Rona haters, but I hate her because of her dumb comments when they kicked Buffy out. That whole thing was ridiculous, but Rona was the worst.
-
Not that I know. Plus with Capcom it'll probably change constantly.
-
Yeah, I've always wanted to see Chun Li's underwear.
-
I forgot to mention it's censored. All the shots of Chun Li in the shower and her shirt ripped off are edited.

The soundtracks are CPS1(WW through HF), CPS2(Super through Super Turbo) and Arranged(which I think is the 3do tracks). There were slight changes in the endings throughout the different versions. The 4 bosses got new endings in Super, Chun Li got that "choose what she does with her life" thing, and they added cool pieces of art to everyone's in ST. The endings are straight from ST. Animated movie is the 90's anime that was released in the US, with the cyborgs and all that. It's the actual move, not the game based on it. You just select it from the menu and it starts playing. It's the full thing. Doesn't look DVD quality.

Shindig was the last I saw.

Weird choice to do a game about. Metroid has always been about isolation and being in a huge maze. Also Samus isn't much of a hero, she doesn't even really talk except the new GBA games. How can you make a movie about this?
-
Yes, there's no old versions of characters who weren't in old games. So no CE Dee Jay. Also the CPU NEVER picks older versions. You always fight ST versions in one player. The presentation of the game is all based on ST. In one player unless you use an older version it's like playing a straight port of ST. SF II The Animated Movie is on the disc as well as 3 different soundtracks and a slightly new intro. You can also look at the credits and intros from the older games. There was a Limited Edition released in Japan(which I have) that came with a few extras, like a DVD movie from Gamest, a mouse pad and a keychain.

I really like Die Hard Arcade and Dynamite Cop. Fighting Force was good. Never played 2, but it looked like it wasn't a beat em up. I want to try Gekido for PSX. SOR3's soundtrack is good. I like the character selection music.
