GSP not fighting in September???
Youth N Asia replied to Lt. Al Giardello's topic in Mixed Martial Arts
I thought UFC was putting a small risk with Diego vs Diaz...but I was way wrong. I really don't like Penn's chances with Matt. Sure, he's beat him before, but that's the last time he's lost. 5 wins in a row, and they haven't been easy ones. -

ROH Pure Wrestling Title and the Pure Title
Youth N Asia replied to Frosty's topic in General Wrestling
I didn't care for the gimmicky rules for the pure title, but since ROH pretty much builds on their main title reigns for a lengthy time I don't think it'd be a bad idea to have a second belt -
What games have you bought out of the blue, without playing or hearing anything about it, AND they turned out really good. The first one that comes to mind for me is Suikoden. I was at Funco Land and said "I need an RPG." The guy showed me that one and I bought it. Only took me 15 hours to beat, but I loved the game

I was afraid of this, from IMDB.com New Samuel L Jackson film Snakes On A Plane became terrifyingly real for Arizona cinema-goers when pranksters released two live rattlesnakes into the theatre, causing widespread panic. The two young venomous diamondback rattlers were released during a screening in Phoenix on Friday. Local news reports say the snakes caused chaos among the audience and snake wranglers were called in to collect them. No one was injured during the incident and the culprits have not been caught. Officials believe the snakes were smuggled into the theatre in backpacks. According to Phoenix Herpetological Society spokesman Daniel Marchand, "All they've got to do is startle this thing. It's dark. They can't see you that well. If it's scared - boom - it strikes!" The snakes were eventually captured and released into the Arizona desert.

Do you guys want to see my picture????
Youth N Asia replied to Lt. Al Giardello's topic in No Holds Barred
I have no interest in seeing you picture. *looks at the bottom of sig* Oh, hey, there's YNA! -
The zany adventures of t-bag and vet man. I liked how the first ep started. It could get a little insane with how far Michael plans ahead. But I'm digging it so far. ANd I REALLY like Vernoica getting whacked so early. I also like next week's preview where they have to bust LJ out

although strike where I said "with the exception of his last" dunno why I even typed that. And yeah, you can write off the Vitor loss, I know it's on the record, but you really can't see that as a fight lost

I reciently sold some car service manuals on ebay... IN ANGER!!! sounds like you made out nicely though

MOre like this generations Casa-fucking-blanca! Well, not really. But this movie is more fun than you can imagine

Randy ended up with a record that didn't reflect the level of fighter he was. But with the exception of his last one, his losses came to the top guys
-
I understand Ken's desire and whatnot to fight, maybe he didn't save his money. But it's kinda like Evander Holifiled. Sure, there's a market to see him, but he's lost too much of his step while the guys around him get better. Randy knew when it was his time to leave

I'll watch, but I'm growing tired of the show. -Lana, I simply do not care about the charcter. I was so happy when she died, and so pissed when they backed out on it. Truth is I've gotten bored with Chloe as well. -EVERY single season has done the cliffhanger ending, and it's obnoxious. Season 1 ended with Lana in the tornado, season 2 had Clark running away from home, season 3 Clark ending up vanishing from the planet. And season 4, the worst season of the bunch had Clark...hell, I don't even fully remember, but it was another cliffhanger. And season 5, same thing. Sometimes you just need to cap a season.

I don't think I honestly could have loved this movie any more than I did. It was the most fun I've ever had in a movie theater. Did everyone elses crowd go nuts with the "I've had it with these mothafuckin snakes" line? My ONLY complaint...there was a kickboxer on the plane, and he did not kick any snakes in the head. LOVED IT!

Ken is 2-6 in his last 8 fights. And his losses to Tito, Fry, Franklin, Fujita...hell, all of his recient losses have been embarassing. And one of those wins was to a guy named Sam Atkins, who has a record of 7-15 or something. After Tito puts him away again I just hope he's gone
-
If Leben loses again are they finally gonna cut ties with him? I like the guy, but he's not living up to the hype the UFC's created for him.
-
I was thinking that Tito was a major dick and Ken was all respectable and whatnot, but TUF 3 really put Tito in a better light and now I think most people would like to see him beat up on Ken. Shamrock's done, once they figure out that there's not money to be made with him they'll cut him off. And what can Ken say to hype the fight? Of course you're supposed to talk about beating up the guy, but he's gotten his ass kicked twice now by him and hasn't looked good in years.

Pretty much AIM. I like Yahoo better, but I only have it for one person really, everyone else is on my AIM

Very cool. I liked the crowd popping for the pause the best -
Saw Just Surrender in July with June, IEG, and the Junior Varsity. Fun show, but Just Surrender blew everyone away. Saw Lagwagon later in July with two crappy bands. Lagwagon was excelent. Went to the Warped Tour and saw Hellogoodbye, Senses Fail, Motion City Soundtrack, Gym Class Heroes, The Academy Is..., Thursday, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, Saves the Day, and Cartel... Senses Fail were the best, Hellogoodbye are always fun. Everything was great except for a lackluster Saves The Day set. Might see Just Surrender again later this month with The Audition and Saosin

I remember seeing that magazine on the newstands. I think it was while he was on Norm's show. I went weird seeing it.

I was tempted tp bump this topic, but I left it for dead. Not loving this season like I have the first two. I'm just not feeling the side stories this year. Especially Franco's one with his daughter,
