Slowly reading through Laymon's "The Midnight Tour." It's an ok story, but Laymon just makes his characters do things that would make them seem retarded in the real world. The guy can tell a good story, but you have to know people will make the dumbest decisions over and over again for no logical reason

I guess it's a matter of opinion. Weatherman and Lord of War were good enough stories, but both bored me near to death

I thought the show was overall solid. Chuck vs Rashad never sounded like a main event to me, but still a good show

we may never see Chuck in the title picture again. he's lost 3 out of 4. Nate looked like a murderer tonight as well. Very fun night for the UFC

Yeah, Two-Face seemed pretty dead to me. I hate the fact that they took one of the top 3 or 4 Batman baddies and used him for the last 1/4 of the movie and killed him off though. Two Face could have carried his own movie as the man bad guy

There is no sense or logic in questioning WCW from 99 to 01. We all know that each and every one of us could have booked every single thing better. And that is not sarcasm.

Wow this makes me almost miss tape trading. The Mikey Whipwreck shoot is an all time favorite. Interesting to hear from one of the lower WCW guys during the time where they just had no idea what to do with the young talent. Said Austin was more than happy to put him over in ECW. Justin Credible talks a lot about the power the Clique had back in the day. Good stuff there. The Jim Cornette ones are all great. "Fucking Vince Russo. Did I ever tell you that I rubbed a booger on his car?" (Either Russo or Bischoff)

I understand that Randy vs Brock is a huge selling fight, but 1-1 in a company with a win over a guy who's tailor made for your style sucks for a title shot. I think Dana should have just owed Frank one and made Randy vs Nog. MMAlive is a good show

That's on already? Yeah, I'll be checking that out. And hey, when is the long-promised Preacher supposed to finally show up anyway? Aside from that? Nothing, really. I'm not into any new shows on the air right now, except for The Shield, and I won't be watching that yet since I'm only up to season 4 in my backlog of watching stuff. Preacher was confirmed dead a few days ago

Personally I like book 3 the best. I think the whole series was good outside of book 6. Enjoy
