Id like to take the time now that entries are officially over to note that not one of my 20 was picked by anyone else so I get 25 points for each if they kick the bucket. And my best bet was diagnosed with terminal cancer back in August and given 6 months to live..and he's only 40-something. Thats what..an easy 190 {(10+50+25)x 2} points right there to start off.. Mikey Dread was originally my best bet as hes only 50 and has a really nasty brain tumor. Julia Carson also has terminal cancer but she was too old to be worth much points.

No, I specifically was talking about the game vs Seattle. I wasn't too sure about the Pittsburgh game with them not having Willie Parker, Ben Worthlisburger, Hines Ward and Troy Polamalu, so if you notice I didn't say anything. I was pretty shocked by the news, especially since they did manage to win on Sunday.. The big rumor is Bill Cowher..and at least the Ravens franchise has some respect left (unlike the other Baltimore sports team) to which I think it could happen. Mike Martz as the offensive coordinator and Rex Ryan hopefully (but probably not) staying as Defensive Coordinator. If Ryan leaves, I guarantee he snags a job somewhere else as a head coach. If they don't get Cowher, Im pretty sure they promote Ryan..but I think they are definitely going after Martz for Offensive Coordinator. The good news is, Suggs had stated he wasn't resigning if Billick was still around but with him gone they should be able to resign him. The Parade of guys out of Baltimore is going to be interesting though as it looks like McCallister wants to be traded, and guys like Ogden and Rolle retiring. And in a sign the franchise hasn't learned anything from the McNair era in Baltimore, they're apparently at least interested in Donovan McNabb, who will more than likely end up just like McNair.

If it weren't for the writers strike I'd bet they'd have another Alvin and the Chipmunks movie out by next Christmas.

I was happy the Ravens were able to beat the Steelers and making them face the Jaguars who just beat them in Pittsburgh 2 weeks ago. They'll lose easily. Redskins/Jaguars/Chargers/Buccaneers all win which would/should? set up Cowboys/Redskins Packers/Buccaneers Patriots/Jaguars Colts/Chargers which could easily be the best divisional round of playoffs ever

Is it a remake of "the Wrestler" with Dusty Rhodes, Verne Gagne and Don Muraco? I have that on DVD.. No. I'm not sure the world is ready for that. It sounded similar. Ed Asner promoting an over the hill champion in his final matches. Theres a ton of cameos from wrestlers of the 70s most of which play themselves except for Gagne who plays "Mike Bullard".

Is there a price difference between the HD PPV feed and the SD feed? Directv has it up and it says Royal Rumble (SD) $39.95 Royal Rumble (HD) $49.95 I may order it, but honestly thats too much (though in line with UFC SD/HD pricing of $39.95/$49.95) WM in HD is gonna run $60! Directv used to have the "Road to Wrestlemania" package where you ordered NYR/RR/NWO and got $15 off total..with them not doing NYR this year, Im guessing they aren't doing it this year.

The Browns wont have a shot and its not even their defense that would do them in.. Theres two former Ravens that will prove why the Ravens let them go finally after a whole year of "OMG WHY'D THE RAVENS DUMP THEM?". How could the Browns feel confident about going into NE with Derek Anderson as their QB, who just got picked apart by a mediocre at best Bengals defense? Do they honestly think Jamal will get anywhere close to 100 yards rushing? Those are the two cornerstones of the Browns offense which has scored enough points to negate most of the problems they have on defense.

If I had both A) The room big enough to put it in and B) Enough money to actually purchase it, it would be mine. 12 1/2 feet of HD greatness!

On Directv, NFL Network is MPEG4 which is has much better PQ than the NY NBCHD feed I get on Directv, but maybe not as good local OTA CBS. Edit: Rumor has it that NFL Network will be the only one carrying the game in HD, NBC and CBS get the Standard Def feed only. Just a rumor though..

My tv only has only DVI input, so I had to buy a cable for my upconvert DVD player and I use Component for my D* HD DVR. On the topic of Cables, most stores will hook an HD TV up with Composite (Yellow for video and Red White for audio) and use it to compare to a TV hooked up with really expensive HDMI Cables. Don't be fooled!

I know with the XM pioneer Inno all you have to do is transfer songs in MP3 format to the Inno from your computer over a USB cable and set the Inno to 50% XM/ 50% MP3. If this is Sirius' method of portable players, it flat out sucks and it sucks for us XM'ers who will get stuck with Sirius' crappy hardware once the merger is approved which by all accounts looks like it will happen..argh

I got Thoth Super Ghouls and Ghosts.. I Dont know how much money I wasted on renting that game, but I probably could have bought it 3 or 4 times cause I kept renting it and could never beat it.
