Orioles road series win streak dating back to last year is all but over with the Orioles now down 6-1 headed to the 9th. God this sucks.

I just was at Wal Mart today, and they have revamped their whole electronics department and they now carry some DVI and HDMI cables..CHEAP. $24 for the 6ft DVI cable and $44 for the HDMI to DVI cable. They are both made by Philips, which is a name brand enough for me, and way cheaper than I've seen elsewhere. Circuit City wants $99 for a 2 meter Monster DVI cable and $149 for a 2 meter Monster HDMI to DVI cable for instance. Just figure Id throw that in.

You know, I can see this going so they stick some of the nets favorite wrestlers (Benoit, Jericho, Shelton Benjamin) over on Smackdown and move the wrestlers over with the general populace (Cena, Booker T, Big Show) to RAW. Its pretty bad that like 1/2 of Smackdown's roster on the SD Roster page are women, announcers or guys that have been out for a while.

HD Net has an ECW...err..WEC (World Extreme CageFighting) event like once a month and they replay it several times. Of course they also do World Championship Shuffleboard. The things you'll watch when you have a HD-TV and are desperate to watch HD content.. Shuffleboard is pretty cool in HD..cooler than you'd think..

LAME.. What are they going to do without a champion? The longer they go without one, the worse it makes things. I know that they can draft HHH/Batista anytime they want with the next 4 picks, but still. Theres an extension (BBCode) for Firefox that puts the BBcodes in a right click pop up when you're focused on the text entry area of a message board. It allows you to input the codes really fast and easy without having to remember them. It also does HTML and XHTML codes for other uses..

I would say that they could probably make the money back up by hosting the games, but everyones saying how the Olympics are no longer really profitable for cities anymore due to increased security costs, and I can't imagine how much money NYC would have to spend for security..

Im assuming that they COULD waste picks in the draft to swap announcers since they've been shown in the promos and NO ONE IS SAFE! but it would really be a waste of a draft pick.

In this setup, over a HDMI connection, the upconverting DVD player will look much better than a standard DVD player. Plus, there aren't many standard DVD players that have HDMI/DVI hookups to begin with, so he could be stuck trying to do it over a Component connection, which would definitely not look as good as the upconverted over an HDMI connection. Oh, and I haven't heard anything good about the Samsung upconverting DVD players, most reviews are pretty bad. My TV and LCD monitor are made by Samsung and are awesome though, but its different technolgy.

I cant even watch the new cartoon, but I made sure I got up every saturday morning to watch the original, and I went to see all 3 movies. The 3rd movie isn't as bad as everyone makes it out to be..If anything, the 2nd one was the worst of the 3. 2007 though...I'll be freaking 25 years old, like 17 years past when I watched the original cartoon..damn..

I think HHH has to go to Smackdown this thursday, and he'll pretty much have to win the Hell in a Cell. Which makes the interbrand match work.

Im watching the repeat of the first episode cause I missed it last week. I knew Ramsey was an asshole, he's got that reputation, but man..I think hes a bit overboard... Anyway, the 2 things I've liked so far are calling the one guy a plank and Jessica, who looks like Mario Batali's sous chef on IC:A The Restaurant from like 2 years ago..was a horrible but pretty funny show. Im not seeing this as being anything more than just horrible as it stands now. -- Holy crap..that plate Elsie made that just stuck to the plate..LOL and throwing the food, plate and all away..I've seen it happen before for nitpickier things than that. One question I've had.."are they (the customers) paying for this meal?" was just answered: NO, cause theres no way a Chef tells a customer to shut the fuck up and they don't storm out and leave. -- "What do you mean closed? This can't be anything more than a joke." Nail, meet hammer. Real restaurant = 12 people being fired tomorrow. I have a feeling they intentionally picked the 12 worst people they could for this. Doublecross! Haven't seen that before... -- 2nd episode has been a bit better. Cleaning squid isn't as bad as they made it out to be..but..its not one of the easiest things to learn and do at the same time without screwing it up (holes). Aww..no air conditioning.
