Given that the Wizards are in the Southeast Division with the Bobcats, they won't finish in last place this year... But they are also in the same division with Miami, an improved Orlando team and Atlanta, who I have no clue about. So they could finish anywhere from 2nd to 4th, but probably they'll finish in 3rd ahead of Atlanta, behind Miami and Orlando.

I'll be willing to trade Kurt Warner if anyone wants a QB in either of the leagues Im in. Im down by a good number of points in both leagues but I have Jamal Lewis on both teams. And, I feel good about picking up Leonard Henry, even though he won't do anything for me next week vs NE.

The only thing I can say is that he's gotten 3 books published which is probably 3 books more than anyone on this board has gotten published. Of course, it doesn't matter if the books suck..

Im guessing its not to good to brag about being in first place when you have a .500 record, but the Twisters are still in first.. and I just realized I missed commenting on not getting selected to the AS Game, not that it would have mattered had I been since I wouldn't have played.

Especially since the Blu-Ray Hi Def DVD standard isn't compatible with today's DVDs. So, in essence if Sony uses the Blu-Ray for PS3, it would take away one of the major selling points of the PS2 for most people - the fact that it can be used as a DVD player. Inless you go out and buy all new DVD-BR (I guess thats what they might call em), you wouldn't be able to watch movies on it. Toshiba/NEC's HD-DVD format is backwards compatible with current DVDs though, but Sony is the only one pushing the Blu Ray format and I wouldn't expect them to break down and use the HD-DVD format for their PS3.

Rick Bayless better hope for a theme ingredient that can be used in Mexican cuisine, otherwise he's screwed. Ming Tsai's show isn't even on Food Network anymore, but its on the Fine Living network which is owned by the same people that own Food Network. And its good to know that AB will be back..

I see that one of the things included in Angelos' compensation is the creation of a regional sports network to cover the Orioles. I guess that means Comcast Sports Net plans to cover the DC team.

The only thing I find stupid in this is that they moved the Expos to a city that had not one but two teams leave. Its also kind of ironic that, 51 years ago to the day today, it was announced that the St. Louis Browns were moving to Baltimore. I can't see the Expos/Whatever being that great of a draw at RFK for the next 3 years. Im sure they'll beat whatever they drew in Montreal this year, but its a pretty good fact that the city of DC doesn't really support crappy teams (See Wizards and Capitals for proof). The new ballpark will probably help a lot but the new ownership group is going to have to do a lot to improve the franchise to the point where they are even remotely in contention.
