You know, I brought this up a while back. But I must say that it should have been obvious that the key to doing well in the league was to do what White Sux is doing. Meanwhile Im getting trounced by an inactive team with no real chance of making up any ground. My offense is offensive and my pitching, specifically my relievers have gone to hell in a rubber bucket.

When Matt was on Smackdown he was anchored to the bottom of the sea by Shannon Moore and Crash (For a time anyway). That really led nowhere and it didn't get Matt major billing on any Smackdown events. The main thing is that he worked better as a heel than a face.

If CBS wants Conan, what would they do for a year while he's still under contract with NBC? And if they don't want him, who would they get to take over the show? I can't really think of anyone off the top of my head..

Is Kilborn coming back to ESPN, because he just quit The Late Late Show on CBS. EDIT: I read the article and it says he's going to purse some other writing and producing projects..

The only people that are affected by the switch in 2006 (or whatever year it does happen) are the people who get local channels with an antenna. If you have cable, this doesn't affect you and if you have a Satellite and get locals over the satellite, this doesn't affect you. So most people will still not have much of an incentive to buy a new HD TV or a converter because the switch won't affect them. People who rely on an antenna for local channels will either have to get a new tv/converter to continue to watch local channels. Some people could be without any tv channels if they don't have Satellite or Cable (and there are a few people like that..) Currently it affects me because, while I have Directv, they don't offer my local channels yet and I get CBS/ABC with an antenna.

I thought Smackdown was Ok, but for a pre-PPV-hype show, it sucked. The Relay thing was kinda stupid since you knew it would come down to Booker/Cena. I seriously doubt anyone cares about JBL/Orlando Jordan... The Eddy/Angle stuff was good though. Angle getting all mad about all his stuff being auctioned off for Charity and wanting money back for it was funny.

Full Article She wasn't one of my personal favorite TV Chefs, but I probably watched plenty of her shows over the last 15 years (I started watching cooking shows when I was 8 or so, which is how I got hung up on cooking). She certainly had an influence on all of the chefs/people that have shows on TV now.

Orioles are in Texas that weekend so thats no good. The Ravens do have a preseason game vs Detroit on Saturday..but I doubt thats of major interest. I suggest a theme park. There are several within close range of Philly.

MSN Money Article Another piece of my childhood ripped away. I used to love going to TRU, mainly for their video games. I used to love picking 2 or 3 slips and then trying to decide what game I really wanted. They also had a pretty big Lego selection, which I used to be really into at the time. Of course, I just realized that the current store is nothing like the old one (its not even in the same place here) and TRU has basically sucked for the last 2 years + (I did get NFL/NBA 2k3 fo $9.99 ea a while back).

Its really sad that there isn't a legit 3rd party candidate this year, because I think a 3rd party could get a lot of votes this year based on this argument. Everyone was like "Anyone but Bush!!!" and now that Anyone = John Kerry, I think a lot of people have gone into "who cares" mode.

I must say that I liked Austin/Angle a lot more than Austin/Rock from WM that year, and it also made SS the best PPV that year over X-7, for me at least.
