The Orioles really need to score an extra run here in the 9th. Julio likes to blow saves in TB and they have the top of the order due up in the bottom of the 9th.

David Newhan comes up with the clutch 2 run double to give the Orioles the lead 5-3. Now the question is can the bullpen hold it...not looking that way. Crawford with a triple and scores on a ground out to make it 5-4.

Im trying to figure out why it wouldn't be Cena vs Angle. Angle has done more stuff to screw over Cena over the last few weeks then Eddy, even if he did basically cost them both their respecitive titles.

I was at the Smackdown taping where Vince was saying he was going to inject the WWF with poison and turned around and the chair had the nWo logo on it. The crowd, most of whom were leaving because they thought the show was over, had a collective response of not caring about such a blockbuster announcement.

Well that would be nice, but believe it or not I heard they were trying to shop him around to trade him again although I think he has a no trade clause. And any team willing to take him must be either extremely desperate or extremely stupid. And this Os/D-Rays game is, while still a relatively close game, more boring than the All Star game and taking just as long to play as well. Im going to blame the time on among other things ESPN taking really long breaks (even though its blacked out on ESPN here because of CSN having it) and the crappy pitching from both teams.

I would be surprised if Kobe doesnt sign with the Clippers. The ultimate thing that he can do is turn a losing organization into a winner, pretty much by himself. Aside from going to the Wizards, the Clippers would be the best team to do that.

Show has been OK so far (Through the 3 on 1). The opening 4 way promo lasted a bit too long. Dupree makes a joke about the arena being named after a donut. Kenzo mocks Booker T's "Can you dig that Sucka" in really bad english. Cenas jokes all stemmed from the Wizard of Oz. Cena goes to the back, picks up Angle out of his wheelchair and is attacked by Luther Reigns, who Cena tosses through a wall. The Cruiser-tag match was ok although I dont know where they're going with the Dudleys helping out Spike. The 3 on 1 was rather lame to start out. Tazz brought up a funny point that Nick Patrick should have been counting to 5 in Japanese on the DQ for Kenzo. Cena gets a rollup pin on Dupree about 15 seconds after being nearly choked to death upside down on the turnbuckle. The crowd was really into the Cena/Booker T portion of the match. Smackdown goes to Japan Friday/Saturday. The Heidenreich promo was really stupid. He lists all these reasons why no one has ever give him a chance (He's too competitive..). I really dont remember seeing the Divas getting fired. I might have missed it going to get something to eat, but I was gone and back in less than like 2 minutes so I doubt it. Chavo Classic and Chavo JR do a Summerslam promo (Jr is holding a rope thats helping Classic hang from the rings and then a woman walks by distracting Jr and he lets go of the rope and Classic falls to the mat). Eddy vs JBL in the cage was actually a pretty good main event although the ending kinda stunk.

Id really love to see 1/4 hour numbers for all the diva crap segements.

2010 will probably end up being the new Ballpark in Northern VA/DC as long as there isn't any realignment that would take the Expos/???/Senators out of the National League. Supposedly they won't have a new ballpark built at either site before 2008. The way I see it, Interleague pretty much killed the fun out of the All Star game but not the World Series. Its pretty much just like in football where teams play every team in the other conference over 4 years, and that hasn't ruined the Super Bowl much, is it?
