"Dragon Wars" really doesn't look good. It looks like a Sci Fi channel movie.

No description needed. With NSFW examples. 5.) Hentai-Hey, why not wack off to something that isn't even real! Come on, why masturbate to animation or drawings? Just go with the real thing, it will save you the embarresment. Another reason hentai goes here is because of it's fantasy element. And by that, I mean tentacles. Just watch a gang bang video if you want to see a girl surrounded by a swarm of cocks. 4.) Erotic Fanfiction-Believe it or not, this used to be dominated by lonely guys without a chance of getting laid. Now it's dominated by sexually repressed teenage girls and housewives who like to think if Goku or Harry Potter taking it in the ass. Oh, and fictional males becoming impregnated. 3.) Furry Porn-What's worse than spanking it to anime? Spanking it to anthropomorphic animals and dressing up like said animals for sex. Someday, the internet will become so ingrated into the minds of humanity that normal consensual sex will be frowned upon and looked at as taboo. 2.) Second Life-Can't get laid? Masturbation just not doing it anymore? Then go to Second Life and pretend that you're getting pussy! It's pretty much virtual sex, only more widely used, and more pathetic. Oh, and apparently, furries have now gotten in on it. And yes, they watch anthropomorphic animals fucking instead of virtual people, which is even more pathetic than watching virtual people. 1.) Girls Gone Wild-Compared to the other examples, this one is tame. That's one of the reason's I included this, and why it is the most pathetic form of pornography available: porn that really isn't porn at all. Sure, there's all the tits and ass you'd expect, but it's so tame. It's pretty much porn for those who are too weak to look at actual porn. And that's the list.

Other than "Hollow Man", every Sci-Fi movie Paul Verhoeven has done is awesome.

Love and Hate. That's all you need to do if you are going to do it. Otherwise, it's a horrible idea.

Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street
Gary Floyd replied to Taker666's topic in Television & Film
Takishi Miike has already done it, and the guy who directed the Saw sequals has plans on doing one. Those guys would focus on the suspense & gore aspect but Burton is on a island onto himself it would be surreal, trippy, dark, and overall weird. Miike's is pretty trippy, dark and surreal in itself. I don't remember if it's that gory. -
Hotbutter's schikt (sic?) got tired after a while, so I really don't miss him. I never thought he should have been banned though. I have nothing else to add except that I love Ripper's avatar.

Congratulations, you pulled a Godwin! Look Jingus, nobody liked Saddam. That's no excuse for the war. We've fucked up, civilian and soldier deaths continue to rise, we may have made an eventual Iraqi civil war worse (as Edwin said), and the list goes on. So yeah, you aren't convincing anybody.

I remember reading the book when I was in highschool, so I'm looking forward to it. Also, I have to read it this week for a class, which brings a smile to my face.

Rob Zombie to direct next Halloween movie
Gary Floyd replied to Lil' Bitch's topic in Television & Film
Because I thought it was fucking terrible. A generic Hollywooded-up version of what felt so creepily different in the original. Also, faithful? It retained "Leatherface, cannibal family, teenagers dying, Texas" and then pretty much made it up as it went along, especially that godawful ending. For that matter, what's with the love for Halloween 2? I thought it completely lacked everything that made the first movie so great, and was basically a Friday the 13th flick with a different mask. Especially the ridiculous finale, where they went so over the top in Wile Coyote-ing Michael to death that I never once bought that he could've lived through it. Speaking of "Friday the 13th", there's going to be a remake of that as well in the future. Michael Bay is producing it, and the director of "Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning" will be directing it. I didn't like the TCM remake, or it's prequal. I would however, dare to say the prequal is better than the remake because it 1.) actually brought in the family dynamic that the remake was lacking, 2.) reminds you that the family are cannibals (something the remake forgot to do), and 3.) contained some dark humor reminiscent of the original and the first sequal. It still got a lot wrong (the Vietnam subplot feels pointless, R.Lee Ermey is the main villain instead of Leatherface, Leatherface becomes another deformed serial killer who was bullied as a kid, among other things) but it's still better than the remake IMO. There are actually horror movies that I would like to see remade ("Squirm", "Hell of the Living Dead", and a few others) -
IIRC, it's a Korean monster movie set in Los Angeles that broke all of the Korean box office records. It's gotten mixed reactions so far. I'll probably see it. I saw "Death Sentence" yesterday, and suprisingly liked it. It's not perfect (Kelly Preston gives a pretty bad performance), but it's better than James Wan's last movie ("Dead Silence") Kevin Bacon does a pretty good job.

-Yeah, happy labour day. Just don't whine over it and enjoy it while you can. -Anyways, since it's labour day, all the stores and such on campus are closed. I'll be headed to a store later on (probably Meijer) to get an alarm clock. Oh, and classes start tomorrow, so wish me luck. -Hugo Chavez is starting to win my heart, though not because of his policies or the fact that he's pretty much going to fuck up Venezuela. It's because he's insane to the point of comedy. Really, at this point, he comes off more as a goofy cartoon villain, and it's a riot. He's like some kind of heel you'd find in pro wrestling. Here's a great quote from the Something Awful forums: -The new Halloween is the top movie in the box office. I saw it in a preview screening, and it's pretty much a disaster. You can read about my thoughts on it in the Movies & TV board. Anyways, what the fuck were ya thinking Rob? The Devil's Rejects was an impressive little movie, yet you fucked this up. Oh, and why the fuck did you make Michael Myers more human? He's not supposed to be that way. He's supposed to be an evil, unstoppable, unreasonable force. He's the boogieman, not just another serial killer. Yeah, that's all for now. Next time: the 5 worst/lamest forms of pornography today.

Rob Zombie to direct next Halloween movie
Gary Floyd replied to Lil' Bitch's topic in Television & Film
Oh yeah, the guy who wrote and directed "Dead Hate the Living" (who went on to co-write "House of the Dead" and "All Souls Day") was supposed to do it. Nothing came out of it, and it never got made. To me, the Halloween fanchise was pretty much dead the second they included the Thorn Cult bullshit.
