  1. Trailer to "Alien vs. Predator 2" is up. Hopefully, it's better than the first one. The director is answering questions on the IMDB boards, and it will be an R movie.
  2. Ted Nugent rants about Democrats. Or at least Hillary and Obama. Not suprising, but amusing.
  3. DOAM's new avatar sucks worse than an amature Taiwanese hooker.
  4. She tryed talking about wrestling with me on TSM chat. I went along with it, though I really didn't want to. That's pretty much my experience with her. I really don't care about her that much.
  5. You know, that'd probably have a better response from me if I even knew who the fuck you were referencing. Who can it be now?
  6. Trippy teaser trailer for "The Signal", which deals with a signal (duh) transmitted from cell phones, tv, and radio that causes people to turn into maniacal killers. Advanced word is that it is a great horror flick. It should be getting a limited theatrical release on either October or December. I really want to see this one.
  7. Clint Howard's in it too. I'm just mentioning this because, like snuffbox obssesses over Goldwater, I obsess over Clint Howard.
  8. Can - "She Brings The Rain"
  9. Well again, it was pretty boring actually. He was just acting like a regular guy preaching, and not like the Hulkster we all know.
  10. I've mentioned this before, but I had a dream once that Hulk Hogan was a preacher. Sadly, it wasn't as cool as it sounds.
  11. Cabaret Voltaire - "Don't Argue"
  12. I see what you did there...
  13. I hated Red Dragon. Anyways, last week it was Masters of Horror (the episodes We All scream For Ice Cream and Valerie on the Stairs) and Zodiac (which is fucking amazing.) Tonight it's a zombie movie called Gangs of the Dead and The Fiflth Element, which I haven't watched in a while.
  14. Yep, summer's almost over, and we don't have mcuh time for movies. Here's what's coming up, and what I think. -War- It's Jason Statham, it's Jet Li. I really hope it doesn't suck. The trailer for Saw 4, or "How can we milk this for all it's worth now?" is attatched to it. -Right at Your Door- It's a limited release movie that comes out this week, but it's been getting some good buzz from the horror community. It involves dirty bombs apparently. -Balls of Fury-Only razazteca is looking forward to this. Everyone else (myself included) thinks it looks terrible. Advanced word is that it's terrible. In other words, it should be terrible. -Halloween-I'm skeptical, which doesn't usually happen to me when remakes come around. On one hand, there's really no need to remake it, and I'm sick of hearing fanboys pissing and moaning over it. On the other hand, Rob Zombie does seem like somebody who respects the source material, and he's got a hell of a cast. -Death Sentance-The director of Saw moves away from the horror genre to do a revenge movie starring Kevin Bacon. I'll probably see it later. -Hatchet-The online buzz for this has been deafening. If you haven't heard about it, it's a slasher movie that came to the festival circuit last year, has recieved rave reviews, and comes out in a wide theatrical release via Anchor Bay September 7th. Oh, and Kane Hodder (largely considered to be the best Jason Vorhees) plays the killer. I'm definately going to see it, especially since it's recieved comparisons to slasher movies of old ("Friday the 13th IV", "The Burning", etc.) -3:10 To Yuma-Christian Bale and Russel Crowe in a western from the guy who directed "Walk The Line." That's all you need to know.
  15. I miss some of the people I went to Highschool with, but I don't really miss Highschool that much. I go back to college on the 4th of September, so hey.
  16. Sleepy Hollow's pretty good, but that's just the horror nerd in me. Batman suffers because of Nicholson, IMO. He steals the show, but it doesn't feel like you are watching the Joker.
  17. Burton's Batman movies don't stand up too well these days.
  18. Five clips from the movie.
  19. Also saw the trailer before SuperBad, and it looks awesome. The audience ate it up.
  20. Don't forget Gorgoroth frontman Gahhl, who not only attacked a guy, but also threatened to drink the guys blood.
  21. Ryuichi Sakamoto-Neo Geo 23 Skidoo-Seven Songs 23 Skidoo-Urban Gamelan Miles Davis-On the Corner
