I have always been of the belief the Invasion wasn't poorly planned...Vince wanted it to tank. He wanted to kill any possible buzz left from WCW. He bought the corpse so he could take a shit on it and burn it for all to see. I'm torn on ECW and whether it's headed the same way...Vince seems to feel differently about it since ECW was the inspiration for Attitude. He wants it to succeed but I think he has nfi how to run it. For ECW to truly work, it needs to be different from RAW or SD. It needs to be a different product altogether. Well, with the Invasion, he was basically just stroking his ego, as well as trying (and failing) to look like a sympathetic victim, when even the world's biggest mark could never sympathize with him. With ECW, it just doesn't feel like he's trying.

To me, this whole thing has reminded me of the Invasion angle because of how poorly planned it all is. Vince has no idea what ECW fans want. Hell, he usually doesn't seem to know what fans of his creation want. It's all about how Vince sees things, and that to me is why the new ECW is comparable to the Invasion: it's all through Vince's eyes, and it's not what the fans want. Also, MarvinisaLunatic is right about the lack of competition. Ever since the death of WCW and the original ECW, the product has not only become less interesting, but also increasingly lazier. Sooner or later, fans are going to get tired of the same thing every week (just like in WCW), and they are going to lose more viewers.

First of all, song 3 is called "Personal Jesus". Second of all, if your going to go on about how you don't like Synth Pop, then this probably isn't the thread for you. Oh, and third, 99 Baloons is not a synth pop song. A song like "Bizarre Love Triangle" or "Behind the Wheel" or "Down in the Park" is Synth Pop. In other words, get your priorities straight about the genre if you are going to talk about it. Finally, it's spelled Kraftwerk, and alot of the advancements you hear in music today wouldn't be around if they never existed. Edited for your approval. It's still better than that horrible version Manson did. There's some great old school synth pop some people don't know about, such as Yellow Magic Orchestra and Section 25. I love Y.M.O., who where basically a Japanese Kraftwerk. Anyways, I think that Kraftwerk should be listed alongside The Beatles, The Velevet Underground, etc, as one of the most important bands in music history.

Or it's because Randall is in his 20's, Rob is his 30's and continuously shows unprofessional behavior. The fact that he was so over in 2002 is probably the only reason he's still employed by WWE. Randall can speak on a live mic. Rob cannot. Randall has the best look in wrestling. Rob does not. Well, Rob's more interesting to watch than Orton, and is immensly more entertaining, and I'm not even a big RVD fan. That's saying something. Oh, and please, quit calling him Randall. I watched it, and I have to say this: Fuck you Vince. You have officially ruined ECW. Oh, don't give me that "Well, just give it time" bullshit. Enough of giving it time, just forget about it. This is not ECW, this is just Vince pissing off the fans even more. This is the kind of shit that makes you want to quit watching wrestling altogether. Besides, what's the point of bringing back ECW? It's best days (95-97) are never going to come back, and at this point the new ECW is just going to suck more. Basically, this is Invasion angle levels bad. This is just more proof that Vince really has now clue how to do this, kind of feels like him just stroking his ego more. This guy really does hate the fans, doesn't he? Again, fuck you Vince.

Upon viewing the teaser a few minutes ago, I can definately guess that it was not an autobot in a trailer. I know it's just a silhouette, but my best guess is that it's either Starscream or Megatron.
