I would like to pull a Orton (aka his actions last week on RAW) on my former manager.
-
And there is actually two versions to the end of that film: American version: Frankenstien and Baragon sink into the ground and both die Japanese version: Frankenstien kills Baragon and then a giant octupus (the one from King Kong vs. Godzilla) shows up and fights him and pulls him into the ocean

Dont worry, WWE will try the movie thing again. And again. And again. And fail again.

What will be the worst movie of 2009?
CBright7831 replied to Obi Chris Kenobi's topic in Television & Film
Yeah but I have not seen Severed Ways. Didn't Kane, Austin and Cena all use wrestling moves, I am sure they did. The Rundown had the Rock Rock Bottoming some guy. I just watched the End Game trailer and it's probably the worst thing I've seen outside of stuff done in my college film classes. "It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood."? Really? It seemed like everyone (in the trailer, at least) had no clue how to read any of those lines and the cinematography was laughably bad for a horror movie/thriller/whatever they were going for. It looks worse than a reenactment on Rescue 911 or Unsolved Mysteries. But Unsolved Mysteries had Robert Stack and had better production values - thus making it more awesome. UPDATE! -
Elijah Burke was a really outspoken Obama supporter on his WWE.com blog too. Hulk Hogan is another Obama supporter, brother! When Batista was on Hannity and Colmes last year, he also hinted that he was, in fact, a Democrat.

Ironically, Revenge of the Fallen is set to release on the very day (25 years ago) that Transformers debuted on TV.

Sean Penn Set for The Three Stooges! Source: Variety March 25, 2009 MGM and the Farrelly brothers are closing in on their cast for The Three Stooges, reports Variety. The studio has set Sean Penn to play Larry, and negotiations are underway with Jim Carrey to play Curly, with the actor already making plans to gain 40 pounds to approximate the physical dimensions of Jerome "Curly" Howard. The studio is zeroing in on Benicio Del Toro to play Moe. The film is a comedy built around the antics of the three characters that Moe Howard, Larry Fine and Howard played in the Columbia Pictures shorts. Production will begin in early fall for a release sometime in 2010. The Farrellys, who wrote the script, are producing with their Conundrum partner Bradley Thomas, and Charlie Wessler.

While I agree that Marvel is going great in the animation department - I am awaiting Green Lantern: First Flight and Batman/Superman: Public Enemies. Has Marvel announced when Spectacular Spider-man will be coming to DVD?

I'm not sure if this goes here or not: Obama Sides With RIAA, Supports $150,000 Fine per Music Track By David Kravets March 23, 2009 | 1:12:29 PMCategories: RIAA Litigation The Obama administration for the first time is weighing in on a Recording Industry Association of America file sharing lawsuit and is supporting hefty awards of as much as $150,000 per purloined music track. The government said the damages range of $750 to $150,000 per violation of the Copyright Act was warranted. "The remedy of statutory damages for copyright infringement has been the cornerstone of our federal copyright law since 1790, and Congress acted reasonably in crafting the current incarnation of the statutory damages provision," Michelle Bennett, a Department of Justice trial attorney wrote (.pdf) Sunday to a Massachusetts federal judge weighing challenge to the Copyright Act. The position -- that the Copyright Act's monetary damages are not unconstitutionally excessive -- mirrors the one taken by the Bush administration and should come as no surprise. Two top lawyers in President Barack Obama's Justice Department are former RIAA lawyers: Donald Verrilli Jr. is the associate deputy attorney general who brought down Grokster and fought to prevent a retrial in the Jammie Thomas case. Then there's the No. 2 in the DOJ, Tom Perrilli. As Verrilli's former boss, Perrilli argued in 2002 that internet service providers should release customer information to the RIAA even without a court subpoena. Presidential administrations often intervene in lawsuits in which the constitutionality of a federal law is in question. This case concerns a former Boston University student challenging a peer-to-peer file sharing case. Still, parts of the government's brief sounded as if it was taken from the RIAA's public relations playbook. "Congress sought to account for both the difficulty of quantifying damages in the context of copyright infringement and the need to deter millions of users of new technology from infringing copyrighted work in an environment where many violators believe that their activities will go unnoticed," Bennett wrote. The RIAA has sued more than 30,000 individuals for file sharing the last five years. It is winding down the campaign and is lobbying internet service providers to discontinue service to copyright scofflaws.

I'm sorry but after seeing that pic, I feel like the true main event of WM 25 this year is HBK vs. UT. I mean, it's obviously not, but to me, I feel like it is. -
People flat out love Nicholas Cage.

Well...at least we got a good Deadpool in animation form...if that counts for anything:
-
Yes. A picture that was taken down featured a toy with THAT thing in it and the words under the figure read "DEADPOOL". I wish I had saved it when I saw it. Wait...wait...found it:

He doesnt seem to excited. And I agree with him. I mean look at the guy in the film: THAT is supposed to be Deadpool. God help us all.

I fell in love with Sci-Fi in 96 because they used to show Godzilla movies that I had never seen before (Ghidorah: The Three Headed Monster, Destroy All Monsters, and Godzilla vs. Hedorah to name a few). Even as late as 2003, they still showed films that had never got a DVD release in the states up until that point (Godzilla X Megaguirus and GMK) Now none of those films are obscure anymore.

As I read this, I am also eating pizza and drinking a glass of soda.

I was just pointing it out. Jeez.

Not a good day for stars of the Star Wars franchise. Not only did Neeson lose his wife, but David Prowse was diagnosed with prostate cancer.

Here's your answer Anyone going to watch the season finale of Clone Wars? You know, I would think this character would be more intimidating if they had not put that damn hat on him.
