Is RAW going to be a tribute show like the "Raw is Owen" show?
-
Holy fuck, I cannot believe this. After all he's been through, this is just fucking terrible. I feel sick right now. R.I.P

If Steve Smith gets 143 receiving yards in the next two games, USC will be the first team to ever have a 3,000 yard QB's, two 1,000 yard RB's and two 1,000 yard WR's in the same season. Where do you all think they rank among the best offenses ever?
-
What the fuck kind of ruling was that just now in the Auburn-Georgia game? If you fumble forward on 4th down the ball is marked where you lost it? I've never heard of that.
-
The Shockmaster falling never gets old.
-
Here's a question to answer your question. Why do you care so much about how other people perceive the Big 12?
-
Matt Leinart has 2 TD runs today.
-
His first INT of the SEASON? Are you sure about that? USC got one INT against him and I'm pretty sure he's at least thrown a couple more.
-
Those are still for the most part 4 and 5 star recruits though. Lou Holtz didn't exactly leave the cupboard bare at South Carolina, but there's really not much talent there at all, so I don't think that's an excuse.
-
So if South Carolina holds onto this lead today, how quick do the Fire Urban Meyer sites go up?
-
Weird, it seemed very much like a work to me. It seemed like they were just trying way too hard to kind of further some Raw vs. Smackdown feud. Especially when they came back at the end and Tazz made sure to point out that it's "not a work". Who knows, just seems fake to me. But then again it could be just that Michael Cole is such a douchebag, I can never believe anything he does.

It says that page was last updated on August 22nd, and even then he didn't weigh 205 pounds. Every official listing has him at 217, and even if he isn't exactly 217 he's somewhere very close to it. Either way, I don't think he's too small. There are plenty of backs his size in the NFL.
-
He might not rack up the yards but defenses take him serious when he does come out of the backfield. Maroney's going to limit your options there. I think the Jets would be best served grabbing Mike Bell in round 2 or taking a flyer till next year when there are going to be quite a few stud RBs. If LenDale White comes out early then they'd grab him, but as of right now from the things I've read he's leaning towards staying for his senior year. Williams came into the season weighing 217. He's at 205 at the moment according to an updated prospect site I hit up. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I've never heard of a guy losing 12 pounds over the course of a season before. That seems almost impossible. I'm not saying you're lying, I just find that hard to believe. What site is that?
-
205 pounds according to what? Every site I've seen has Williams listed at 217. And I don't think the Jets would pass up on a RB like Maroney because he isn't a great receiver out of the backfield. Curtis Martin only gets like 200 or so receiving yards a year, so it isn't exactly like they're the Chargers or something throwing to their RBs all the time.
-
Whether it's Davis or Lewis doesn't matter, neither of them are worth a top 10 pick, IMO. One thing Cena's Writer pointed out is that as the season goes on, the Jets are likely to move up even higher in the draft. The QB situation is becoming more of a mess each week and Curtis Martin is on his last legs. It's a very real possibilty that they will end up witha top 3 pick. They'd be very well served taking DeAngelo Williams or Laurence Maroney, both will be there for their pick, both will impact the team much more than a TE would. Williams BTW, isn't undersized. He's 5-10, 217, which is as big or bigger than RB's like Warrick Dunn, Tiki Barber, Julius Jones, Clinton Portis and Cadillac Williams.
-
You don't take "Best value" when picking in the top 10, especially if it's a Tight End, especially if it's a Tight End like Vernon Davis who while being a very good player, is not a top 10 talent, and is likely not even the best Tight End in his draft class. The Jets have a lot of needs, and while they could definitely use a Tight End, that is not a position that they MUST address, especially with a top 10 pick.
-
Depends on who comes out. This year could potentially be very good if Omar Jacobs and Brady Quinn come out. I wouldn't rule Young out either, even though he said he's staying.
-
I think Walt is clearly trying to help and just doesn't know they can't understand him. He told them not to open the hatch, he told them not to press the button, and he warned Shannon that The Others were coming.
-
Maybe just because she has Vincent?
-
I doubt any TE goes in the top 10, but if one does it will be Marcedes Lewis from UCLA. He's far and away the top TE in this draft. Also I think Arizona would take a DT before DE. They already have Bertrand Berry, who's one of the top pass rusher's in the NFL. So I wouldn't say they desperately need one.
-
I think Walt is trying to help them too. I'm not sure if he's alive or not though, isn't speaking in tounges/speaking backwards usually associated with death? He might not be dead, but maybe he just escaped The Others before they fully "brainwashed" him or whatever, and he thinks he's helping the castaways but doesn't realize they can't understand him.

So This Guy reversed the audio on what Walt said tonight, and found out that he says . There's an audio clip on there.

I love CJ, but I've always wondered how his teammates and coaches feel about him. Anyone know about that? As for T.O., I genuinely believe that once the final sentence went down, he was (and is) sorry. That had to be cold water in the face. He's Terrell Owens, he's arguably the best receiver to play the game, and no one has EVER done that to him before. He may be a locker-room nightmare, but he's a dedicated athlete who loves football -- no one, from San Fran or Philly, has ever questioned that. For someone to take the game away from T.O. had to give him pause, and force him to reflect on his actions and realize maybe he went too far. Or I could be dreaming. He'll play next year, because there certainly aren't 31 other teams unwilling to take him. But at 32, and with his history, it'll probably be his last chance. After this season, maybe he'll realize that, and if he does he'll shut his mouth (relatively), and he'll be a force. Considering how it's all gone down...I'd roll the dice. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> From everything I've seen/read they have no problem with him. The worst thing he's done is just TD dances, but not calling out teammates or coaches. He's just cocky, not an asshole.

Any serious thoughts about the nuclear option?
UZI Suicide replied to Art Sandusky's topic in The WWE Folder
Honestly, I can't even imagine the WWE *not* in a brand split anymore. I don't know why. I just don't know how they would make it work, I mean obviously they could, since they did it before, its just hard to fathom. There just seems like so many main event level guys now though, maybe more than ever before. HHH, HBK, Cena, Taker, Orton, Batista, Benoit, Eddie, Angle, Edge, Mysterio, Booker T, Kane, Big Show. How do you fit all those guys onto one show and still make room for the guys below them on the roster? -
The whole scene just played out very fucking weird to me though. I mean she runs after Walt screaming his name, and then bam, she's shot. Why didn't Michael or anyone hear that?
