  1. An uncredited studio singer, like the ones who sing generic radio jingles.
  2. In 93? Then what the hell was that Black Scorpion angle? You mean that actually drew? Um.... Black Scorpion was in 1990.
  3. Odd how people like Starrcade (myself included) when the name is just a ripoff of the old video game TV show Starcade (with 1 R) and doesn't really have an intrinsic meaning anyway. That said, It's Time, Massacre on 34th Street, and Good Friends/Better Enemies are pretty weak names.
  4. Twice, actually... KOR 01 and 02.
  5. So they're giving away a guaranteed money feud (RAW vs. SD!) for a throwaway segment on an award show. Brilliant.
  6. Whenever I think of the Cow Palace, I think of SuperBrawl VIII, which was during my height of WCW fandom. *reminisces about the DDP/Benoit match*

    Trivia

Awesome def. Bam Bam Bigelow in the US Title Tournament at Spring Stampede 2000. And his match with Kanyon at Slamboree was a regular match, not an Ambulance Match.
  8. Please explain.
  9. So if they were released prior to the settlement, they can be unblurred? Sweet.
  10. Neither do I. Could be worse....they could put 'Property of the WWE' plates on the belts like they did with the WCW belts during the InVasion. Oh, and some of the retro replicas (Attitude WWE Title, European Title, and Retro Tag Team belts) have this plate on them too:
  11. Rhyno claims to have the World/TV belts, but i dunno about the tag straps....
  12. Wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo Weird how they're not recognizing that SD! Magazine is a continuation of WWE Magazine.
  13. Flair-Funk FTV!
  14. It's Scotty's 'welcome back' push.
  15. Misfits In Action reference!!!
  16. They're all available this January, and they all come in this bag: (courtesy of Highspots.com) See, WWE CAN use their archives/trademarks correctly!
  17. ORDER OF WWF/WWE Beltage (1965-March 29, 1998) 1965-71 1971-72 1972-73 1973-82 1982-1985 1985-86 1986-88 1988-98 ....I'm wondering how WWE can seel the Hogan '85 belt, seeing as how it explicitly spells out 'WWF' instead of the block logo. Also, I love how their world belt at the time was an NWA TV Title knockoff.

  19. What a finish!
  20. Better-than-average OTR. *marks the fuck out for Rockers-Orient Express from RR91 because he's never seen it*
  21. You're right...that was taped 6/12/02. I think that they put in a lot of nominees that we don't agree with just so there's a lot of choices and so people don't complain about a lack of undercard/women's wrestlers on the list.
  22. You know it would be smark-controlled and could influence young marks, so they'd shut it down within.....a day.
  23. I think he was having contract problems during that time or something. Right...the game's roster was finalized in early August of '98 and Flair didn't come back until 1 month later. Same reason why the WARRIOR isn't in it.
  24. The finish to the 1st one could have been botched, so they brought 'em back out and edited the matches together later on.
