Hogan/Flair wasn't a big deal at all when they were doing it in the mid 90s, bro...sure it was big for WCW, but it didn't garner the media attention Hogan/Andre got...the E should have done it when both guys were still super hot and working in the same company in 92...

that's what I was saying earlier...if they woulda kept all the dead weight they unloaded, they coulda built him up Goldberg-style, but now they have to have him on even keel with everyone so that it's more believable...

now that's just silly to destroy Heidenreich like that when it looks like the WWE may be serious again about pushing him...yes I know he's in a tag fued right now, but I see itmore as a way to slingshot him higher on the card rather than just giving him smething to do... he can also rekindle his fued with Eddie Guerrero since Eddie himself didn't beat him (Goldberg helped)...

Irregardless of sucky ringwork, I think it would far surpass Andre/Hogan...the top Icons of two seperate eras...one made the WWF a household name while the other made it a corporate juggernaut...though it may have been better to have had this match 3 or 4 years ago, but whatever...

Andrew...if the complaints are piling up and they're vocal enough (which has been the case for at least a decade now), the government will step in to do what the gaming industry can not do...it's only a matter of time and that's just the way life goes...I applaud any cashier that actually abides by any "selling to minors rule" regardless of what the product is (games, alcohol, cigarettes, porn, etc.). Yeah, they're not the kids parents, but lord knows a lot of parent these days need all the help they can get...

I think the Brand Extension aspect would be more interesting if wrestlers would randomly switch brands as opposed to one big re-draft every year...kinda like in the WCW vs. WWE days...remember when you'd be shocked to see a WWE guy suddenly, one day show up in WCW or vice versa? When Ric Flair went to the E in 91, I was shocked (didn't have the "inside" info back in those days).

a few of things: -jesus won't this story just die already? -I'm about tired of Paula on AI anyway...the way she gushes over everyone regardless of how bad they were makes me want to vomit everytime...she doesn't really offer anything like Cowell and Randy do. -I hate to admit it, but AI is probably close to finally running its course...this past season was a huge letdown for me, Season 3 was a nightmare...really, after Season 2, they should have just called it quits while they were ahead...

they shouldn't STEAMROLL him through, they just need to make it so that he and Batista are on the same level so that it seems that the matchup could go either way...it's times like these when the Brand Extension kinda sucks...if they woulda kept all those clowns they aced, they coulda fed them to Brock Goldberg-style...

is that TLC show out yet? Something seems...odd....to me about replacing a dead member of your group through a reality TV show contest...

Man, can you believe the crowd during that match...I don't think I've heard guys cheered so heavily and Steve Austin was booed viciously everytime he moved...I know it's cliche when they say "the crowd is so loud, this building is rocking", but that almost had to literally be true...

I wouldn't mind the storylines as much if the level of wrestling talent was a little better...

I gotta go witht he majority here, I didn't care too much for Bret until he began fueding with Steve Austin...to me those two brought the best out of each other...and his slow burn heel turn in early 97 was a thing of booking beauty...97 was definently his top year, IMO...

Kevin Dillon as Johnny Drama is pretty damn good as well, btw!

do they allow the wrestlers themselves to provide input in the storylines? okay I mean BESIDES HHH...

I never wanted to be like that... it's funny you mention this show...i was watching the season 2 premier with my wife...my comment to her was: "you know what would really shake up this show and make it a lot more entertaining? A couple of black guys!" Because, seriously, that show really sucks and needs SOMETHING...

they've only ran 6 Season 2 episodes so far, so it's just about over...yes, I think it's a great show...Jeremy Piven kicks ass in this one...

I may just have to catch Summerslam afterall if this is his last show...he'll probably carry that lug Cena to the best match he'll ever have and maybe bust out some old trademark stuff (Goose Step, Arrogant Cover) for old time sake...

one thing I hated about the cartoon was the lack of attention to detail: While on Cybertron, they transformed into all sorts of futuristic spacey things (Bumblebee was a saucer shaped hovercraft, Wheeljack and Jazz were fat, quatty hovercrafts, the seeker jets were cone shaped flying things, etc.) but when they were in robot form, they ALREADY resembled their Earth transformations...the lone exception was Laserbeak..

if you don't think HHH is going to somehow be fighting for the title or fighting to keep the title at WM22, you are insane and obviously haven't watched wrestling the past 3 years...
