No...Hardy/Edge has to happen as Summerslam...this little goofy angle will lose steam eventually if they keep putting it off...have a bloody no finish kind of match at SSlam, have Edge finish him off at whatever Raw PPV is next, then give Hardy the boot (I just say that because I'm positive he's toast the second his popularity wains)...

multi-player beat em ups really were awesome, weren't they? Avengers, X-Men, TMNT 1 and 2, The Simpsons, Sunset Riders, the game with Captain Commando...damn those were the good ol' days... by the way, can someone identify a game for me? it's a 4 player game, came out in the arcades back in 91 or 92...the premise is 4 soldiers going over to the middle east, basically shadowing the gulf war...there were levels where you'd run around but also levels where you could hop on jeeps and such...I can picture this game in my head but can't remember the name for the life of me...

Not hated in that sense. I used the words hated and loved as to kind of stress the fact that that was the role the wrestler normally played. Supposed baddest and goodest, no thats not right, the latter sounds ghey and the former sounds like which heel sucked the most. Does anybody get what Im trying to say though? They played heels and faces really well which got 'hate' or 'love' and they didnt do really well when they turned. Something like that is what im trying to stir into a discussion. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Zyn, when I read your first post, what came to my mind was guys you just plain despise...I think HHH has returned to that spot, whether it's because his character is just evil or because we're tired of seeing him all the time, he's is just plain despised...I think of X-Pac and his infamous "X-Pac Heat", which I think Edge is dangerously near...Vader, Austin in 96/97, HHH in 2000/2001 are guys people loved regardless of how evil they tried to act...Hassan is a guy people just plain hate, I don't think it's just yet a sense of "i'm tired of seeing this guy", I think he's played his ridiculous gimmick well enough to where you hate the character itself more than the man playing him simply because he's the heel...

Cyberball was a pretty bad game that I loved playing...it was on the Genesis (there was an arcade version, too) where you had robots playing football and if you didn't score a touchdown within a certain amount of downs, the ball would explode and destroy whatever robot was carrying it...

I think they'll try to have Edge and Hardy put on the "match of their lives", hoping to mirror the results of the HHH/Mick Foley battles from early 2000, the same ones that put HHH right to the top, as I said earlier...the plan, this time, being to put Edge on top...it will fail, of course, but I'm sure that's their hope...
