Two-four depending on which week. My dad and I discussed this last week, actually - what the NFL has that the NHL doesn't is what sets it apart. Each Sunday, regardless of how many games are on Thursday, Saturday, and/or Monday, is an event. I can (and will) watch three hockey games this Saturday, but there's not the variety of analyzing that goes into each of those three games that can go into the 14 NFL games this Sunday. I love being able to watch NFL Countdown and have my picks change three or four times, then flip between seven or eight games during the afternoon. And gambling probably has a lot more to do with it than I'm saying here. Don't get me wrong, hockey is still hands-down my favourite sport, but the NFL is getting the better of my attention right now.

Assuming CubanLinx misses his pick in 90 mins. or so, Scroby will go right back on the clock, and it'll be Hollywood Spike's pick, in an effort to jumpstart the round. Scroby will be cut some slack given his good attendance, along with the quick turnaround. I'll take the liberty of PM'ing HSJ at the appropriate time, but Scroby and CubanLinx both have two picks waiting for them.

Don't get me wrong, it's not like I'm disinterested or anything - I've still essentially watched a game a night, or certainly Sportscentre or The Score Tonight. It's that hockey has definitely put on the backburner for the NFL for now.

Not me...I just can't seem to get into this season for whatever reason, and not just because my team sucks. Whether it's my rekindled love for basketball or what, I have very little interest in the league this year. I actually see where you're coming from to a degree - even with the hot October by the Habs, this is by far the most I've ever been into football, and it's definitely taken the top spot for now.

I certainly didn't. I figured I was in for a treat of a game just based on seeing the league's two best goalies head-to-head. Five goals in six minutes or so was all kinds of entertaining.

Snow. I pretty well accept it once it's on the ground and stopped snowing, but the first snowfall of the year always pisses me off.

To all draft naysayers - my second effort was so good, they came begging for more! I know it came off gay, but you get the point. That's a direct quote from Mr. Wick in an episode of The Drew Carey Show, but I can't figure out how to post something six minutes in from a ten-minute clip, and the thought of posting "Just watch from 6:40-6:43" seemed a little excessive. Explaining it, ironically, did not.

I'm down for 12 if anyone wants to, but that's the absolute cap.

Expect a very sombre post in about 22 hours from one of the two "Canadian...." posters.

The above three or four posts reminded me of something that made its way through TSM a few years ago that may have been a YTMND: A guy argued, rightly, about his charge for per-kilobyte web use on his phone. The cheque he sent was for the amount he thought he should be charged, and included "what now, bitches?" on it.

This was kind of awesome.
