It wasn't a sitcom by most people's standards because it didn't follow the formula of: Quirky Mom Off-beat Kid(s) Witty Dad Oddball Neighbor/Relative closeby It was different in that all of the characters had their own faults and guises that played into whatever situation they were in. The humor threw a lot of people off. The laughtrack was not used a lot on the show (I've only heard it three times, I think). A lot of the jokes were very dry, and as a result it lost a lot of the viewers who need their humor BEATEN INTO THEIR HEADS. It's not the type of show that says 'HERE IS THE JOKE! DIDN'T GET IT? HERE IT IS AGAIN! AND AGAIN! AND WE'LL SUMMARIZE!' The jokes were written more into the conversation. I hate to say it this way, but you either get the show, or you don't. Chances are, if it's the people who say that it is one of the stupidest and unfunny shows ever, they didn't get it.

Sports Night is one that I have to buy, as I routinely tape the episodes that are on Comedy Central. That show got screwed.

Season 3 > Seasons 1+2 combined. Just disc three is pure greatness. Radio Bart Homer Alone Lisa the Greek Bart the Lover Homer at the Bat Separate Vocations 6 of the best episodes in the show's history, IMO. Season 3 and 4 are the best seasons in the show.

I watched disc 7 first, as I was most interested in the 'making of...' and 'blowing up CTU'. I blew off my math homework and watched 24 instead. So far, I've only watched the first two hours on disc 1.

I'm just tired of seeing the Yankees. They are constantly on ESPN and FOX for their feature broadcasts of the week. And then baseball wonders why interest diminishes when these teams are eliminated from the postseason, it's because the rest of the casual viewer hasn't been exposed to the other teams that happen to be in contention. Teams like Kansas City and the White Sox get hosed because they aren't featured as much.

*thumbs up* Pretty nice place, with a small showroom that's crammed with stuff that's on the website. Even though I knew that I was buying a Light Heavyweight Title the last time, it's fun to go in and check the stuff out, especially the cheesey WCW merchandise. And there are other places that sell the things (Highspots being one of the best that I've dealt with delivery-wise, and there's the terrible ReplicaWrestlingBelts.com) but Zacky's employer is the best on the market, IMO.

Exterminator Bill Lee finds himself following his wife into an addiction to the bug powder he uses. After accidentally killing her, he descends into a hallucinatory existence in which he imagines himself a secret agent answering to a series of bizarre creatures. He channels his energies into writing "reports" on his delusional mission, while trying to break his addiction. IMDB summed it up better than I could. Seriously, the first time I saw it, I sat there staring at the screen thinking "What the fuck!?"
