Finished up Dinner, Broccili, Stuffing(Stovetop) and marinated boneless chicken breasts cooked on the good ol' Foreman grill.

I enjoyed this movie a bunch, however I agree with the "It was not Horror, it was 70's Exploitation" sentiment. I really liked a lot of the dialouge, as I could be heard LOL in the theater while others might have been feeling uneasy or uncomfortable in their seats.

Most hardcore fans of Donnie Darko like the theatrical release better because it leaves more up to viewer interpretation, where-as the Director's Cut explains more. I am torn because a movie in general should be about the Writer/Director's vision, and not if the audience finds it more enjoyable, IMO.

If anything they should have taken the route that DVDs do, just say that "extras" and "easter eggs" are unrated.

I think the "well hide your wives" part was funnier and more insulting then saying "Matt Freaking Hardy"

Ermm, my situation kind of sucks because the group I watch PPVs with is purchasing that offer from WWE where you buy the next 3 PPVS at once, and it gives you a mild discount, so I am kind of expected to attend these three, but honestly I have no interest in GAB, besides maybe bWo vs. Mexicools. Getting together with some buddies I only see during the ppvs(due to work/school people being out of town) is always nice, but the though of spending even $5 on GAB kind of has me seriously thinking about breaching this deal.

The thing about RVD's promo at ONS isn't that it was bad, but everyone I know, including everyone on this board, had it all figured out ahead of time that RVD was going to come out and basically give the promo that Paul Heyman ended up making, so in that case, people were dissapointed a bit because RVD didn't insult WWE guys, but besides that ,the promo was decent, nothing special, but not bad.

I still don't see anything about Cena being "gangsta". He doesn't come out w/ bulletproof vests on & claim he's been shot 9 times. I'll be glad when the world stops lookin at stuff in black & white. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Oh please, you aren't serious right? The term "gangsta" has evolved a lot since "gangsta rap" but Cena sounds no different then most white kids yearning to act like tough guys that you see all over the mall or even at the grocery store. Either way, the gimmick is rather cheesy and IMO, has a short life compared to other ME gimmicks of the past five or so years. And to those who think Cena is anywhere near the overness of Austin Rock -->

Well if DRINKING also counts........ a Mickeys .40oz Friday Night Bitchez....

The problem is that WWE likes to push young guys almost as a tease, and then pull the rug out from under them instantly and have them meander in the midcard for years to come.

I like Tears for Fears a lot and don't own shit by them unless you count mp3s...

Art Monk, sure he wasn't underrrated while playing, but idiots like Peter King and Dr. Z don't think he should be in the HOF, basically because he wasn't a loudmouth with an asshole-esqe personality. When you ask most receivers that are retiring in this era or veterns with a few years left, they say they looked up to Rice and Monk. Art Monk was automatic, he was a possession receiver sort of like Irvin, but much better IMO, it will be a fucking travesty if Irvin goes in before Monk, and no I am not only saying that because I am a Skins fan(and Dallas hater)

I like Shelton, I think he has tremendous upside, more then RVD who I also like, I mean for one, Shelton is a lot younger, and RVD with his moveset can only wrestle like that for so much longer and then he will be done, unless he can adapt to WWE style which he doesn't seem to have any interest in doing. I wouldn't mind an RVD/Shelton program actually, it would be fun.

I will admit that Cena is monster over, but I just have a feeling that a wannabee gangsta gimmick can only last so long. I just get this feeling that sooner or later his lame "raps" aren't going to go over very well in a city like NY or Philly or Boston, and the crowd actually boos him, and like most other instances, other cities follow in their footsteps. I mean his "raps" were never that good anyway, but they were at least tolerable when he was a heel, but his face material is downright awful. What does this have to do with RVD in a thread I STARTED? I dunno...!?!

I thought House of 1000 Corpses had a good first 30-45 minutes, but then it just became to much of a clusterfuck, however Devlis Rejects looks somewhat more of an original idea and more creative, plus I heard it is violent as hell so I will be seeing it.

Bah Gawd why are they giving this man his own show. It seems today anyone with "attitude" is handed a show....

The Situation with Tucker Carlson
NoCalMike replied to Hogan Made Wrestling's topic in Current Events
Some think Kellerman being on the show is an atrocity, but the real atrocity is the fact that such a lightweight like Tucker Carlson even got his own show in the first place. -
Umm, when did I suggest that Roberts was horrible for the job? Was I ever really making that much of an uproar at all? I was being sarcastic mostly, when responding to snuffbox, as me and him were obviously speaking in a joking manner.
-
I was simply asking when RVD was coming back, btw. LOL J/k Seriously though, Enough with the "RVD is stale" garbage. Who on the roster isn't stale? In the WWE Enviornment of wrestling WHO DOESN'T do their same signature moves in every single match ad naseum. Once again, stop criticizing RVD for things that every worker does as a result of the wrestling enviornment and lack of creativity WWE provides or fails to provide.

My initial reaction is WTF, considering the amount of violence and cursing in this game, yet all these groups come out and bitch and moan over VIDEO GAME sex scenes, LOL......I mean LO F'N L.
-
Yeah wouldn't that have been just wonderful if he came out and during the speech he said, "I just want to think Mr. Roberts for all his hard work assisting my campaign team in 2000....ooooh errr awwww GAH"
