Vague title, but I didn't really know how to word this one. What I meant was have you guys ever seen a movie that you'd never heard of before, but your friends were like, "you definitely need to see this"? And then, once you watched it, you recommended it to everyone else you knew? I was like that with Boondock Saints and Suicide Kings, specifically. Anyone else want to suggest a few movies that the rest of the board maybe hasn't seen but definitely should? Boondock Saints Suicide Kings American Psycho (A lot of people I know haven't seen this, or even heard of it)

I don't think Batista is going to win the World Title at Wrestlemania, either. So far all the guy has shown is that he can win 30 second squash matches against Maven. Putting the strap on him this early is a mistake, no doubt about it.

Another question: why is it that some people on this board are so hardup on grammar? So far I've seen bigolsmitty make a reference to a "comma superstar", complete with a link to a page about the appropriate usage of commas, then in the WWE folder someone quoted an entire post, must have been 15 lines long, just to say "you used 8 semicolons, and none of them are grammatically correct". Are people this petty?

Sometimes shitty quality improves the movie, I've found. I saw a terrible burn of The Incredibles, and the picture was dark and grainy, like the old Batman cartoon. It made the movie a lot more fun for some reason. We had to watch Stand By Me in Psychology for some reason. All it did was make me sad that River Phoenix died before he could do anything really great.

You should see Closer then, if you haven't already. The scene where that picture is from has much better imagery than I could display in my sig.. No one I know is interested in seeing a thinking man's movie. If you can't sum up the plot in a basic sentence they're not interested most of the time. Which sucks, because I really don't feel like seeing movies by myself, ya know?

Alright, I guess that makes sense. The scene with the early Batmobile (w/ the camoflauge) was pretty cool, too. Nice touch.

Even if the service is slow, or if the pizza is a little bit late getting there, I generally give the delivery guy 2 or 3 dollars. They're bringing me food because I'm too lazy to go and get it myself, I think they deserve as much.

Boogeyman can't lose. I saw it with a girl that I used to date, like a "sorry I fucked you over, let me take you to a movie" kind of thing, and she was jumping into my lap the entire time. That's really all that movie's good for, though.
