Aside from the obvious (Return of the King), here's what I'm looking forward to in these finals months of the year...........
The Passion: I am very very interested to see this movie. While not being a particularly faithful Christian the story of Jesus has always interested me a lot. If it's true that the film is done without any subtitles (the whole movie is in Arabic) then this will be a serious expirience.
Last In Translation: I can't remember being so excited about seing one performance then Billy Murray in this movie.
The story was weak?
Are you hepped up on goofballs?
Most horror/action movies go for broke on things like effects and gore but don't give a lick about storylines or character development. Underworld is the exact opposite of this. That movie had an INSANE amount of backstory to it, dating back to Lucian and his relationship with Victor (which I thought was very cool).
If you think Underworld's story was weak then you weren't paying too much attention.
Excuse me? Benoit fucked up his shots?
Did you see Royal Rumble? Did you see the standing O? Did you hear the pop he got at WrestleMania?
If WWE put a third of the amount of time they put into Lesnar, HHH, Goldberg or Angle into Benoit he'd be the most over guy on the roster, guaranteed.
So it's Benoit's fault that he's treated like a jobber? Riiiiiiiiiiiight.
He's the long suffering journeyman.........duh. He's the guy who's been everywhere, seen it all, done everything but STILL will never get the respect and admiration that he deserves.
Everybody can relate to what Benoit has been through his entire career. Being *this* close to having something that you love and it always being taken away from you but still pressing on and fighting against the tide because you're doing something that you love.
Benoit epitomizes hard work and determination, always wanting to be the best at what he does (and he is).
Benoit and Chavo Tag Team = Weak as fuck.
Benoit has one of the best natural storylines in the history of wrestling aka The Long Suffering Journeyman but the WWE, like the majority of good ideas is far too stupid to catch on.
To my knowledge Orton has only had 2 finishers in WWE, The O-Zone (Overdrive) and The RKO.
2 Cross Body's
5 Dropkicks
2 Superkicks (Orton uses it)
7 Hip Tosses
4 Arm Drags
Oh, and a partridge in a pear tree.........
The movie is average at best, it's selling point is that it uses art-house/indy actors and shock tactics, which in turn = brilliant film, mainly because people are too fucked up to say anything else.
When in doubt, praise. (I guess.)
