I think he's just embarrassed to throw out a question that's been answered by Meltzer a dozen times (and is now common knowledge to the IWC), since he won't even throw out a sample question.

Meltzer is credible, yes. Still, his archived material is readily available to the IWC - if you're asking something about the WWF circa '91, it's a certainty that we have all of his thoughts on the character or angle in question. Same with NWA in '89 or WWE in 2003.

How could it hurt to just ask the question? Chances are, even if it is an obscure question, we'll respond with a "I think Meltzer said" or that "::wrestler X:: said in an old interview". EDIT:...and Keller is WAY WAY WAY more credible (in terms of sources) than Keith. Just keep bugging Meltzer, I guess. He'll appreciate how you only seek one person for help, and not use the help of knowledgable wrestling fans to get your question answered.

I thought that Hiroko/Torrie was announced for the show?

They CAN get a license, but the WWE has to be approved by the boxing commission of that specific state beforehand. The last time they promoted a boxing match (Carmella/Christy in Seattle) you may remember that the WWE (whoever the fault falls on) didn't get the boxing license. Then again, the Dixie Dog Fight (which will be a shoot bout, as Meltzer as confirmed) doesn't have to be a boxing match.

EDIT: HBK's injury didn't require reconstructive surgery, so the rehabilitation time for the arthroscopic operation should have him back by the Rumble at the worst.

It's a open and shut case. TNA used the footage of the WWE wrestlers without their permission - if they just invaded Titan Towers and made a scene, this problem wouldn't have happened. The lawsuit won't make waves - all it'll do is piss off Panda Energy and pull the plug on TNA quicker.
