At the weekend house shows, Orton didn't have entrance music. I'd imagine it'll be the same deal tonight.
-
Not a single player from my school, but the schools in Oregon have produced Scott Brosius and Tom Lampkin, to mention the notables. The hometown deal is a different story, though: Danny Ainge Scott Brosius Alan Embree Dave Kingman Dale Murphy HAROLD REYNOLDS~ Aaron Rowand Richie Sexson As for Hawaii, my home state, we've produced: Benny Agbayani Ron Darling Sid Fernandez Charlie Hough Justin Wayne Jerome Williams

Just to make a quick mention, this is the 400th episode of RAW, as documented by TVTome.com.

Jackie wasn't fired, and Terri I think was quietly given her release on good terms. Both were given their release.

It'll be hard to eventually END a conga line, won't it? The guy on the end (the eventual end) will probably get bit in the ass if no one helps him out on his referrals. ::gives up, signs up at gearlive.com::

http://www.freeiPods.com/default.aspx?referer=8122777 OK, I'll create a new account later to complete an offer under you. If SIX people can get together and complete an offer (1 for themselves, 5 for the others), we'll be able to get an I-Pod for everyone. Breakdown of every offer for both FreeIPod.com and FreeFlatScreens.com... Gearlive.com seems to have set up a HUGE referral chain to get hundreds of users their free stuff. PM me to get this in sync, VX.

Many Feel Triple H Pushed For Rushed Orton Turn
Fökai replied to claydude14's topic in The WWE Folder
Can anyone find the original article they took this report from? I'm having a diffcult time finding anything in the last week that reported this. My efforts might be for naught, though, if this is hidden in the VIP Torch section. If so, I'd pity anyone who's coughing up the cash per month to get quality "news" like this. -
I'm pretty sure (judging by memory of how the match went), that a decision had to be rendered at the bottom ring. I remember Hogan and Savage just attempting to get past Meng/Barbarian (first wave) and the Horsemen (second wave) as quickly as possible. The original premise of the match was for the faces to just escape the cage, but the convoluted booking of the WCW at that time screwed with everyone's head. Yep. In some horrible twist of booking, the heels on the top cages were allowed to follow Hogan and Savage to the bottom ring. Again, the odds were stacked up soooo bad against the faces, that it would've been completely illogical if Hogan and Savage had won this match. Oh wait... They originally ran with the "can the heels trust Luger?" storyline, but the fans didn't really buy into it, considering that Luger had attacked a top face (Animal) earlier in the night.

Penn State University offers Pro Wrestling class.
Fökai replied to iliketurtles's topic in General Wrestling
Well, it IS an introduction to professional wrestling, so the professor probably choose that book due to its title. That's still no excuse, though. I don't know how quickly I'd be annoyed by my fellow classmates talking about Bob Goldberg, Chris Kenyon or Lido, or reiterating that Owen Hart's dropkick was the best finisher in the business. -
You forgot Jason Schmidt. -=Mike ::blank stare:: Damn, I really did forget about Jason Schmidt.

Many Feel Triple H Pushed For Rushed Orton Turn
Fökai replied to claydude14's topic in The WWE Folder
And to dissect this even further... Why would Triple H want to sabotage Orton's reign? No matter successful Orton's run is, the top heel will get the belt back eventually. It's the basis of what sells tickets...to see the heel get his ass kicked. If Orton's run gets taken out from under him, how would Triple H look good at all? Unless I missed something, beating a wrestler who just played second-fiddle to him for two years won't be a big deal to fans until Orton is built up as a strong world champion. But I don't think Orton will start off with Batista or Flair. Judging by how they played out the turn, Orton is going straight after Trips NOW. The focus will be on Hunter, regardless. -

Umm - unless they credited a source, this is just fake news that 411 "reporters" drummed up to make them look credible. This is what still keeps the wrestlers from embracing the internet as a great place to see and respond to fans' opinions. 411 has been fucking it up for all of us, marks and smarks alike. -
Holy shit, the Giants left about 234 runners on base in today's game.

...and that Ahman guy...

Did you get any special surprise as it says in the manual? Nope, not at all. Lying bastards. I don't think there's really a surprise - you basically just open up the stadiums you just played in. There is a way to unlock Chris Berman's "dream team", but I don't know if this is the way to accomplish that.

This is a true story, as verified by Meltzer.

Hassell was and still is a very good roleplayer ...let's not go far beyond that fact. The Bulls really didn't miss out much with him. I would've loved to keep Artest and Miller, but they turned into future cap room (->Rose -> JYD and Davis), which will benefit the team next year. Braves: Odalis Perez, Ryan Klesko, Jermaine Dye, Kevin Millwood and Bret Boone, coupled with the losses over the last two seasons.

It's happened before with Bobby Rude.

The nineties were all taken: 90 - Steve Martin 91 - Grant Wiley 92 - Mewelde Moore 93 - Kevin Williams 94 - Chris Wiley 95 - Kenechi Udeze 96 - Billy Lyon 97 - Rod Davis 98 - Darrion Scott 99 - Chris Hovan The third-string defensive tackles are coincidentally Spencer Johnson (64) and Lesnar.

That's not the definition of exceptional. I don't remember a pay-per-view Foley headlined that didn't do exceptionally well or at least above-average. Care to correct me here?

That's the greatest promo EVER.

Steve Austin v. Bret Hart (Wrestlemania XIII - 03.17.1997) v. Mick Foley (Over The Edge 1998) v. The Rock (Wrestlemania X-7 - 04.01.2001) v. Chris Benoit (Smackdown! - 05.31.2001) v. Kurt Angle (Summerslam 2001) Austin/Foley still stands as my favorite match ever, regardless of promotion.

I'm certain that Best Week Ever was unjustly lumped in with the other "let's rip on everything pop-culture" VH1 programs. Guys, for this show, they use a new combination of actors, comedians (no MIB, no Hal Sparks) and contributors for "I Love The 80's/90's" that were mis-used (for one, Chris Jericho). The entire twenty-two minutes of each episode are just loaded with great gimmick segments (Sizzler, Upgrade/Downgrade, Five Good Reasons...) and hilarious running gags (for those who regularly watch, the White Chicks joke). Are either of those guys you mentioned a bald guy with a gap-tooth? I don't know that man's name, but he brings the show up to a whole new level of hilarity.
