Saying that Plaschke would never make it out of the first round is insane, because the winner is pre-determined. The odd scoring happens because they know ahead of time who gets the face-time that day. If you need evidence of this, look to the show where Woody got to 200 wins and Mariotti got to break the all-time scoring record the same day. Max Kellerman was a bad host for the show because he tried to be a star. He's not the star. Reali is just there to keep shit moving. We all know that the real star of the show is Tim Cowlishaw, anyway, so let's just all come to terms with that and be done with it.

Ok, I made it through the first five songs and that's probably all I'm going to have time for tonight. The voice doesn't really bother me so much. I enjoy bands with more grating vocals... Clap Your Hands Say Yeah comes to mind. I really like four of the first five songs but have no problems with any of them, really. New Zion is the only one that's just kinda there for me. I enjoy the strings and overall arrangement on San Bernardino. I always enjoy songs that kinda build up a bit and have a adventurous type feel about them and that's what I'm getting out of this album in general, so far. I still like the opening track the best. It has the part, so far, where the vocals come the closest to being grating but it works for me. I look forward to finishing this tomorrow... probably throw it on my iphone for the commute to/from work. I'm also trying to get through the MGMT CD, which I'm not sure if I'm going to like or not but I liked the song they played on Letterman. EDIT: So Desperate sounds like it could be a James Blunt song. I don't know about that one.

I listened to Sax Rohmer Number 1 on Stereogum, which I assume is from the new record. I almost turned it off after 15-20 seconds, but i'm glad I didn't. It grew me on as it played and I really enjoyed it. Maybe I will get the whole CD later, if I can find it. Although, I'm sure my opinion isn't the one you were looking for.

The April UFN lead in to TUF 7 will be headlined by Kenny Florian vs. Joe Lauzon and Stephan Bonnar vs. Matt Hamill. That should not only be a decent show (other fights depending) but pop a decent rating. And this is pretty cool.

Domenick Lombardazzi has said on multiple occasions that he hates his character. I wouldn't be surprised to see him do something scummy. Was Levy even in season 4? If/how/when we see Avon this season is something I haven't figured out how they could work in yet.

It's also much easier to watch in this format then in syndication all out of order. At least now I will remember contestants in the later rounds.
