This is why I love Edge. It was a fricken house show. EDIT: After catching up with some of the threads, I find it ironic that the guy who found that Edge photo found it on the DVDVR board. Small world.

And it is also weird in the Edge pic, it's during an ECW show but it has red ropes. Wonder when that was, as well.

sorry, thought my post would have been right after the sandman one, but that's the one I was referring to. In the video, you don't really see Sandman pushing any woman, and the only person he really touches is a guy.

The Nitro episode when Bischoff fires Pee Wee. Man, as a 12 year old kid I was so pissed off....and so let down when Piper was announced to face Hogan at SuperBrawl. I was old enough to know there was some kind of screwjob coming since Hogan wouldn't lose to Piper clean twice in a row.

I got the Four Horsemen set from Amazon, and the first disc doesn't work on my dvd player, which is a dvd recorder/vcr....but disc 2 does. And disc 1 works on my mom's dvd player. I don't know why it won't play on mine.

Why do posters act like they're talking to either Vince McMahon, the entire WWE, etc... I don't understand why people feel the need to do that. Why not just say, "I hate Vince McMahon." instead of "Fuck you, Vince" News flash: He can't see or hear you.

Which leads me to believe most of these reporters like to make Vince out to look like an idiot, even if it's untrue.

Honky Tonk Man, imo, was one of the worst. Albert wasn't the worst because he had talent.

I would rather them make up ground now, instead of later, since the Braves and Mets are off to hot starts. They cannot just give games away this early in the season, and they've already given up three or four. Whatever works in the short run will work right now, as long as they have a plan that goes beyond the short run.

Myers, who is 0-2 with an 8.31 ERA, needed to be moved to spark something. I would have rather them moved Myers than Eaton because Eaton blows whether he's starting or in the bullpen. We're not getting anything for our bullpen as of yet, so why not move Myers to bolster the pen? It's not a dumb move, especially considering the way he has been pitching out of the pen in those two games and the start Lieber had last night.

Doesn't bother me in the least, but as long as they keep putting out a crap product on TV each week, some weeks worse than WWE, I'll continue bashing TNA. The best wrestling show on TV right now is Smackdown.

Nobody is perfect. For all we know, it could be Mickie's fault just as much as it could be Melina's. Just because we LIKE MICKIE MORE, we automatically assume it's Melina's fault. If Victoria kicked Melina in the nose and broke it instead of Candice, it'd be Melina's fault for being too close to the foot.

I think Benoit can be entertaining to old school wrestling-style fans, and even casual fans today. he still gets a lot of pops and most of the crowds aren't full of "smarks". He'll entertain anyone, and I'm sure if he lands in TNA, you'll get the TNA fanboys praising his glorious debut, just like Christian and Angle. But do I think it's going to change anything? Not a chance.

where from south jersey you from? I agree that if he's the US champ, he should be featured more. But even if he didn't have the US title, there'd be a shitload of fans saying the same thing, just because he's Benoit.

you totally missed Hawk's point. Why would Benoit give up a guaranteed job for life, with benefits, great pay, just to meet the fantasies of some TNA fanboys? Umaga is booked the best possible way he can be booked right now. They actually built up something great from scratch in Umaga. Benoit isn't that much of a technician anymore, he's half brawler/half mat style. Benoit is way overrated right now, he's not the best wrestler anymore, and won't be again. He's almost at the point where he would probably be better used to put over new talent.

going back to the flair/nwo thing....I remember not being able to get fall brawl 1997, and never ever having the chance to see it until a few days ago. A guy I know who sells tapes online sent me fall brawl 1997, and I remember thinking this is the best ppv I've never seen. I watched it, and while everything is all right, not really bad, I still love the curt hennig turn on the horseman during war games. It was just perfect, even if it was predictable. I bought it hook line and sinker back in 1997 when I watched nitro the night after the ppv to see if the horsemen won. I was so pissed when they showed stills of hennig turning and slamming the cage onto flair's head. I also heard that the door was rigged but failed and seriously injured flair, any info on that?

i'm all about recording the shows on tv, I dont download very much, so I hope we get to see it on tv so i can continue recording.
