Paypal is extremely easy to rip off. I sold stuff, the guy filed a claim with PayPal claiming that I never sent his items, he left my eBay account feedback obviously stating that he did receive the items, and PayPal STILL refunded his money and ultimately he got it for free. My advice: stick to normal transactions. I've had offers for various deals and I've turned down every one that isn't to my liking. As stated, you are the seller and you dictate the rules of the sale.

You need Photoshop CS1 to install CS2, the upgrade. As far as downloading, for the love of God, avoid bit torrent. That type of download would be more likely to be monitored than, say, WinZip. If you need it that badly, find someone who has a copy. Even mIRC could leave you waiting for a few hours.

I'd recommend the train as well. I used to take Amtrak from Philly to NYC all the time and it was nice not having to worry about wear and tear on my car.
